Dealer-Ready Datasets with Every Parameter That Matters
Daily monitoring of car listings on car.gr and autoscout24.com, collecting full technical specifications to support a European auto dealer.
Learn MoreYou tell us which sections, makes, price bands or regions matter. We map the filter combinations that reach every relevant listing, walk the result pages, open each card, and normalize the Polish field values into a stable schema that does not shift between runs. We handle rendering, pagination limits, retries, deduplication by listing ID and monitoring, and we adjust the parser when Otomoto changes its markup. Delivery comes as CSV, Excel or JSON, once or on a repeating schedule: daily, weekly or monthly.
A standard Otomoto record carries the listing ID and URL, title, price in PLN with the price rating badge shown beside it, negotiability and VAT treatment, make, model, generation, version and trim, first registration year, mileage, engine capacity and power, fuel type, gearbox, drive, body style, doors and seats, color, condition, the VIN when it is displayed, country of origin, registration status in Poland, accident and owner flags, the equipment checklist, full description text, photo and video URLs, seller name and type, dealer storefront, location, and posting or refresh dates.
Repeated runs produce data the site never shows you. Comparing snapshots gives price change history per listing, days on site, and the moment an ad disappears, which is the closest available proxy for a sale. Dealer storefronts can be tracked as inventories, so you see stock size, mix and turnover per dealer instead of isolated cars. Each card also carries trust and promotion markers worth recording: whether a VIN is published, whether a vehicle history or Otomoto inspection report is attached, whether financing or leasing is offered on the listing, whether the ad is boosted or highlighted, photo and video counts, and its position in search results for a given query.
Otomoto is a Polish automotive classifieds site that OLX Group describes as the biggest place to buy cars and bikes in Poland. It started in 2004, is run out of Poznan with an additional office in Warsaw, and belongs to OLX Group, the classifieds arm of Prosus. That connection is visible in the product itself: a seller can push the same ad to Otomoto and OLX with a single click, and listing packages run for 15 or 30 days.
The site is much wider than passenger cars. Separate sections cover delivery vans, heavy trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, trailers, motorcycles and quads, plus a large auto parts marketplace. Passenger car supply alone typically runs in the low hundreds of thousands of active ads.
Supply comes from two very different groups. Private owners sell one car at a time, while professional dealers maintain permanent inventory and get their own branded storefronts on otomoto.pl subdomains, each with a full inventory page.
Several platform features leave traces in the listings. A VIN is displayed, with CEPiK data verification and paid vehicle history reports available to buyers, and Otomoto Inspekcja is a technical inspection service in which a diagnostic expert checks roughly 200 elements of body, interior, engine and electronics. Search results carry a price rating on each listing (below average, within average, above average), and financing sits inside the platform through OTOMOTO Pay credit and OTOMOTO Lease leasing and long-term rental.
The filters follow how Poles actually buy used cars: country of origin, whether the car is already registered in Poland, accident free status, first owner, damaged vehicles, and the tax split between a VAT invoice and VAT margin sales. Listings are written in Polish and priced in PLN.

Dealers use Otomoto data to price stock against live competition in their own voivodeship instead of guessing. Importers and cross-border traders compare Polish asking prices with source markets to decide what is worth bringing in and registering. Leasing and remarketing teams need residual value curves by model, year and mileage band. Insurers and appraisers want comparable sale evidence. Price intelligence products and automotive media build their charts on it. All of them need the same thing: a consistent daily snapshot rather than a handful of screenshots taken by hand.

Learn MoreLearn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Leveraging advances in technology, the AI-powered web scraper has skyrocketed in demand and is helping to expand capabilities by automating tedious daily tasks and speeding up data collection from thousands of websites several times over.
Web scraping is a method of obtaining web data by extracting it from pages of web resources with the help of a program, that is, in automatic mode. It is used to syntactically convert web pages into more usable forms.
If you specialize in machine learning, you need to feed large amounts of data to the algorithms. Web scraping is the easiest and the most efficient method of collecting the data from all over the Internet.
ScrapeIt is a custom web scraping agency. We do not sell a self-service tool that you configure yourself. You describe the Otomoto slice you need, we write the scraper, run it and keep it working. Order a data sample for 9.99 EUR to check the schema before committing. Support answers within 48 to 72 hours.
Yes. Delivery vans, heavy trucks, construction and agricultural machinery, trailers, motorcycles and quads, and the parts marketplace all use comparable listing structures, so any of them can be added to the same dataset.
Yes. Seller type is captured on every record, and dealer listings can be linked back to the storefront they belong to, so you can compare professional inventory against private supply in the same report.
No. Values arrive exactly as published, and we can ship normalized English labels for fuel, gearbox, body type and condition next to the original Polish so your systems read the data without a translation step.
Once, or on a schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly. Daily runs are the useful choice for price tracking and days-on-site metrics, since both are calculated from consecutive snapshots of the same listings.
Plans start at 169 EUR per month with a limit from 100,000 rows monthly, and the listed range runs up to 549 EUR. Larger volumes are quoted individually. A data sample costs 9.99 EUR.
