What happens after you send it
-
Within one business day
You get a reply from a person, with an initial view on feasibility and cost. There is no obligation attached to it.
-
We confirm the scope
Sites, fields, frequency and format, in writing. We sign an NDA at this point if you need one.
-
You approve a sample
Our developers configure the crawlers and send you a sample dataset to check. Only then does full collection start.
-
We run and maintain it
When a target site changes its layout, fixing it is our job, not yours. Most projects go from first message to first delivery in one to ten days.

If you would rather see the numbers before you write, the plans and prices start at €199 for a one-off dataset, and the case studies list volumes and setup times from completed projects.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know exactly which fields I want?
No. Tell us the sites and what you intend to do with the data, and we will propose the field list. You will see a sample dataset before full collection begins, and the field list can change up to that point.
How quickly can a project start?
Setup runs between one and ten days depending on how many sites are involved and how complex the pages are. Several of the projects in our case studies were delivering data within two to seven working days of the first request.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the project starts, whenever a client asks for one.
