What to put in your message

A couple of lines is genuinely enough to get a real answer rather than a “let’s book a call”. The four things that let us price a project straight away:

The sites: URLs are better than names - a single portal often has separate structures for sale, rental and agent pages.
The fields: Which columns you need in the file. If you are not sure, tell us what you plan to do with the data and we will propose the field list.
The frequency: One-off snapshot, weekly, daily, or several times a day.
The delivery: Where the file should land: FTP, SFTP, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Dropbox, Google Drive or email, in CSV, Excel, JSON, JSONLines or XML.

Do I need to know exactly which fields I want?

No. Tell us the sites and what you intend to do with the data, and we will propose the field list. You will see a sample dataset before full collection begins, and the field list can change up to that point.

How quickly can a project start?

Setup runs between one and ten days depending on how many sites are involved and how complex the pages are. Several of the projects in our case studies were delivering data within two to seven working days of the first request.
