Name the regions, cities or holiday areas and the property types, and we set up the crawl: radius searches around each place, sale and rent run separately, every exposé opened and flattened into one row with its offer label kept. Each search is fixed in its address by place, radius, sale or rent and sort order, so every run repeats exactly the same slice; pacing, proxy rotation and page rendering sit on our side. You choose a one-off extract or a schedule - daily, weekly or on demand - and every run is matched against the last by object number, so new, re-priced and withdrawn exposés are flagged. Before the first run you get a free project assessment, and every delivery is documented field by field.
Every exposé on the portal follows one template, whichever savings bank, LBS agency or partner agency supplied it, and its object data block opens with two identifiers: the Objektnummer, prefixed FID-, and a SIP-ID. The first is our row key. Fields we extract:
The commission field is where this portal differs most from owner-to-owner sites. Savings banks sell as brokers, so the buyer's share is a figure printed on the exposé rather than an assumption, and a column of it shows exactly where a sale is offered provisionsfrei.
One exposé describes a property; the structure of the portal is what turns exposés into a market view.
immobilien.sparkasse.de is the property marketplace of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, the network of German public savings banks; the group's publisher page lists it as Der Marktplatz für Sparkassen-Immobilien, and the portal itself presents the group as Germany's largest broker network for residential property. Listings come from the individual savings banks and their estate agency subsidiaries - in Munich, for example, SIS-Sparkassen-Immobilien-Service GmbH, in Berlin BSK Immobilien GmbH - from the estate agencies of the LBS group, and from partner agencies whose offers arrive through a cooperation with another national portal.
The site is in German and is organised around the owner's and buyer's path: Kaufen, Bauen, Verkaufen, Modernisieren and Mieten, with calculators, checklists and sample tenancy documents beside the search. The search starts from a place and a radius and splits residential offers into sale and rent, shown as a list or on a map. Location pages cover all sixteen federal states, larger cities and the Berlin districts, and holiday regions such as the Ammersee, Chiemsee, Harz, Eifel or Spreewald.
For data buyers the point is the provider mix. Each exposé names a company as its provider, and the offer label on the result card says through which channel it came.

Six German property websites worth scraping in 2026 - ImmoScout24, Immowelt, Kleinanzeigen, Sparkasse Immobilien, ohne-makler.net and WG-Gesucht - with the fields each one shows, what only it adds and how to merge them into one dataset.
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
ScrapeIt runs web data collection as a managed service: we build, operate and repair the crawlers, and the dataset arrives on your schedule as CSV, Excel, JSON or through our API. On a portal that mixes three offer channels in one search, we keep every row tied to its channel and its provider company. Adviser names and direct phone numbers on Sparkasse exposés are personal data under GDPR, so we leave them out by default and deliver the provider company and its office address instead. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Yes. The ScrapeIt Sparkasse Immobilien API returns the object number, offer label, purchase price, price per square metre, buyer commission and energy class as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same records can also come as XLSX or JSONLines files, or land in Amazon S3 or your database.
Yes. Result cards and full exposés with price, commission, energy data and provider company are open to every visitor of immobilien.sparkasse.de. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Sparkasse Immobilien - and we collect it legally.
Three channels appear in one search: savings banks and their estate agency subsidiaries under the label Sparkassenangebot, brokers working for the LBS group under LBS Angebot, and partner agencies under Kooperationsangebot. Every row carries that label plus the provider company named in the exposé, so the Sparkassen stock can be isolated or compared with the partner listings.
Yes. The portal searches sale and rent separately, and the exposé template carries a net cold rent field for rental offers. Besides states, cities and Berlin districts it keeps regional pages for areas such as the Baltic coast, Lake Constance or the Bavarian Forest, and we can run any of them as a fixed slice with the radius you choose.
Many providers release only postcode and town; the exposé then reads Straße nicht freigegeben and points to the provider for the full address. We deliver what is published - postcode, town, the district page and the location text - and never guess a street. For mapping, the postcode or the district is the dependable level.
