Solutions

Executive Flex scraping as a managed service

You tell us what you need from executiveflex.gr - every offer or one category, once or on a schedule - and the rest is our work. We build the crawler for the Greek-language catalogue, run it, and repair it when the site changes its layout. Rendering, pacing and proxy rotation are part of the service, and nothing is installed on your side.

The catalogue is small and it turns over: offers leave the list and new ones arrive, each with its own rent. That makes a daily or weekly run the useful setting. Delivery is CSV, Excel or JSON, through our API or as a load into your database. Greek values for fuel and gearbox are kept as shown and mapped to English ones, and field documentation comes with every delivery. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Executive Flex data we collect from each offer

Each car on Executive Flex has its own page under /vehicles/, and that page is one row in the dataset. Everything below is shown to a visitor who has not logged in.

  • Offer identity - offer URL and slug, make and model, the full trim line, and the reference code the site prints in brackets after the trim.
  • Monthly rent - the price per month in euro, the note that it is quoted without VAT, and the yearly mileage the price is calculated for.
  • Vehicle age - the mileage figure in kilometres, which the site marks as indicative, and the first registration date as month and year.
  • Powertrain - engine size in cc, horsepower, gearbox and fuel type, from petrol and diesel to hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric.
  • Body and efficiency - doors, CO2 and consumption per hundred kilometres; an electric car shows range, battery capacity and consumption in kWh where the CO2 line would be.
  • Included services - the block headed "what the offer includes": maintenance and repair, tyre replacement, full insurance cover, a replacement vehicle, road tax and the option to buy the car.
  • Equipment - the highlighted features and the full equipment list behind the expand button, item by item.
  • Labels - the Top Deal badge, the category the car appears under in the listing and the photo addresses.

The enquiry form on each offer page and the My Executive customer area behind the login stay outside the collection. We also add nothing the site does not print: an offer page has no lease length selector, no deposit figure and no condition label, so the dataset has no such columns.

Executive Flex price tracker: rent history and catalogue turnover

Executive Flex price tracker: rent history and catalogue turnover

One pass gives a catalogue. Repeated passes give the part nobody can read off the site.

  • Price history - the offer URL and the reference code identify the car, so each run adds a dated rent to the same row. A price cut, a new Top Deal flag or a move into the on-offer filter becomes an event with a date.
  • Time in the catalogue - the first and the last run on which an offer appeared show how long it stayed listed at that rent.
  • Listing view - the all-cars page with its result count, the five categories (city, family, SUV, electric and plug-in, premium), and the counts the filter panel prints beside each make and gearbox.
  • Sort positions - the order under the newest, alphabetical and price sorts, which shows what the site puts first.
  • Viewer counter - the line saying how many people are looking at the car, stored as shown on each run.

Executive Flex links to sister sites of the same group: Executive Lease for long-term leasing and Executive Pro for commercial vehicles. If you need the same columns from them, we scope it as one project.

About Executive Flex and its Flex Leasing catalogue

Executive Flex is a flexible car leasing service in Greece. It is part of Executive Mobility, the mobility arm of the Sfakianakis Group, and gives an Athens address. Its pitch is a car for as many months as you want: a fixed monthly rent, no down payment, and the running costs folded into the price. The site calls the product Flex Leasing and describes the cars as new or like new.

For a data buyer the important fact is the shape of the catalogue. It is small - a few dozen cars at a time - and each entry is one offer for one car, not a configurable model: one trim line, one reference code, one first registration date, one mileage figure, one rent. The site notes that photos and mileage are indicative. Pages are in Greek only. Cars are filed under five categories and can be filtered by make and model, fuel, gearbox, a rent range, and two toggles, on offer and Top Deal.

There is no checkout. A visitor sends an expression of interest as a private or business customer, and the lease is arranged from there. Existing customers book services in a logged-in area, which we do not enter.

Why scrape Executive Flex leasing offers

Flexible leasing is priced car by car, so the only way to read the market is to line the offers up.

  • Competitor pricing. Monthly rent against mileage, first registration and horsepower shows how Executive Flex prices age and power - the curve a rival lessor or subscription firm needs before setting its own rents.
  • Residual value signals. The same model listed at different mileages, each with its rent, is a public hint at how the lessor writes the car down.
  • Service bundle comparison. Included services are listed per offer, so you can compare what one euro of rent buys here and at other Greek lessors: tyres, insurance, replacement car, road tax.
  • Fleet mix. Fuel type and gearbox counts show how quickly hybrids and electric cars are entering short-commitment leasing in Greece.
  • Demand reading. Offers that vanish within days at a given rent, and offers that sit for weeks, hint at which segments move.

What is included in Executive Flex leasing and what it costs per month sit in the same row, so the comparison no longer means opening every offer by hand.

How Artificial Intelligence Is Used In Web Scraping

Leveraging advances in technology, the AI-powered web scraper has skyrocketed in demand and is helping to expand capabilities by automating tedious daily tasks and speeding up data collection from thousands of websites several times over.

What is Web Scraping and What is it Used For?

What is Web Scraping and What is it Used For?

Web scraping is a method of obtaining web data by extracting it from pages of web resources with the help of a program, that is, in automatic mode. It is used to syntactically convert web pages into more usable forms.

About ScrapeIt

ScrapeIt is a managed data extraction company. We build, run and maintain crawlers for car portals, dealer sites and leasing catalogues, and hand over the result as files or through our API. A small national site like Executive Flex gets the same treatment as the large portals: a free project assessment, a sample you can order before committing, and field documentation with the dataset. We work only with pages every visitor can open and never log in. Whatever personal data a project touches is handled under GDPR.

FAQ

Do you offer an Executive Flex API for leasing offers?

Yes. The ScrapeIt Executive Flex API returns the offer URL, make and model, monthly rent, mileage, first registration date, fuel type and included services as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same rows can also arrive as CSV or Excel files, by SFTP or as a load into your database.

Is it legal to scrape Executive Flex?

Yes. Offer pages, rents, specifications and included services are open to anyone who visits the site without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Executive Flex - and we collect it legally. The enquiry form and the logged-in customer area are left alone.

Can you track how much Executive Flex leasing costs per month?

Yes. Every run stores the monthly rent of each car with the date, keyed on the offer URL and the reference code, so you get a price history per vehicle and an average per category. Rents are kept as the site shows them, in euro without VAT, with the yearly mileage they are calculated for in a separate column.

How often should Executive Flex be refreshed?

The catalogue holds a few dozen cars and changes as offers are taken down and new ones are added, so a daily run catches every arrival, removal and price change. A weekly run is enough for a market overview. We settle the cadence with you during the project assessment.

Which fields differ for electric cars on Executive Flex?

An electric offer has no engine size and no CO2 line. In their place the site shows range in kilometres, battery capacity in kWh and consumption in kWh, and we keep these in their own columns. Plug-in hybrids and electric cars share one category, so the fuel field is what separates them.

How does it Work?

Step 1 - Make a Request

You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We’ll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.

Step 2 - Configuring Custom Web Crawlers

Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.

Step 3 - Collect and Deliver

Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.

Step 4 - Maintain and Support

Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
