Spotawheel is a retailer, not a classifieds board: every car comes from its own stock, and the shop is split into a Buy section and a Leasing section. You tell us which country sites and which of the two sections you need, and whether you want everything or a segment such as SUVs, electric cars or commercial vans. The engineering is ours: crawlers written for these pages, operated on your timetable and mended whenever a template moves.
Listing and car pages are guarded against automated traffic, so rendering, proxy rotation, pacing and CAPTCHA handling come with the service. A free project assessment comes first; a sample can follow. Every delivery is documented field by field and comes as CSV, Excel, JSON or JSONLines, through our API, to Google Drive, Dropbox or your database. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Every car has a numeric car code that is printed on its page and closes its address, and that code is the key of the dataset. One row per car and section, with these groups of columns:
Price columns keep the currency of the site they came from: euro in Greece and Romania, zloty in Poland. Pages of brand-new leasing cars warn that colour and equipment may differ from the photo, and we flag those rows.
A retailer's site rewards repeated visits more than a marketplace does, because one company sets every price.
Alerts and other member features sit behind an account. We never log in, so nothing from that side enters the dataset.
Spotawheel is a used car retailer that buys, inspects and resells cars from its own stock, and leases them under a product called Spotawheel GO. It trades through three country sites - spotawheel.gr, spotawheel.pl and spotawheel.ro - each with a showroom of its own: Pallini outside Athens, Lesznowola outside Warsaw and Glina in Ilfov county next to Bucharest.
Each site has the same two shop sections. Buy lists cars with a retail price and a financing figure per month. Leasing lists cars with a monthly instalment, either in a Flex programme that can be ended at short notice or in a Fixed one that runs for a set number of months; on the Greek site it covers new as well as used cars and shows the instalment before VAT. The Polish site names the leasing section Abonament. Menus, filters and car pages are otherwise alike in Greek, Polish and Romanian.
What sets the site apart as a data source is how much it says about each car. Spotawheel states that its mechanics check every car at more than two hundred points and that it sells no car with a serious accident in its past. Buyers are promised a written inspection report and a warranty that can stretch to five years, and the Greek site adds a seven-day right of return on purchases made remotely. Listing cards add badges: new arrival, pre-order, cars exempt from road tax and, in Greece, cars free to enter the Athens ring.

Learn MoreLearn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Leveraging advances in technology, the AI-powered web scraper has skyrocketed in demand and is helping to expand capabilities by automating tedious daily tasks and speeding up data collection from thousands of websites several times over.
Web scraping is a method of obtaining web data by extracting it from pages of web resources with the help of a program, that is, in automatic mode. It is used to syntactically convert web pages into more usable forms.
If you specialize in machine learning, you need to feed large amounts of data to the algorithms. Web scraping is the easiest and the most efficient method of collecting the data from all over the Internet.
ScrapeIt builds and runs web crawlers for companies that need data from specific sites and would rather receive a table than maintain a scraper. A car retailer's site sets three tasks at once: prices that move week to week, stock that turns over, and specifications that have to line up across sources.
On Spotawheel we collect what an ordinary visitor sees in the Buy and Leasing sections of each country site, on the timetable you choose. A free assessment tells you what is feasible before any commitment.
Yes. The ScrapeIt Spotawheel API returns car code, make, model, year, mileage, retail price, monthly instalment and leasing duration as JSON from an endpoint we host, on the refresh cycle you choose. You can also receive the rows as CSV or XLSX files, as a JSON feed or directly in your database.
Yes. Car pages, prices, leasing instalments, specifications and equipment lists are published for every visitor, with no account needed. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Spotawheel - and we collect it legally. The cars come from the company's own stock, so no private sellers are involved.
The instalment is set per car and shown on its Leasing page, before VAT on the Greek site; it changes with the duration and the down payment a visitor selects. The dataset holds the instalment of the default offer and, if you ask for it, of each combination of duration and down payment, next to the annual mileage included.
Three: Greece, Poland and Romania, each on its own domain with its own stock, language and showroom. We crawl each country site separately and deliver one table with a country column and the local currency. The Greek site holds by far the most cars, so most rows come from there, and a model sold in more than one country can be compared with a filter.
Cars arrive and leave continuously: listings can be sorted by date added, new arrivals carry a badge, and pre-order cars are shown before they reach the showroom. A weekly run is enough for price benchmarks. Daily runs are better when you track time in stock and the exact day of a price cut.
Step 1 - Make a Request
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We’ll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Step 2 - Configuring Custom Web Crawlers
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Step 3 - Collect and Deliver
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Step 4 - Maintain and Support
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
