Polish property websites all price in zloty and split the market the same way: sale and rent, sprzedaż and wynajem, and the primary market of developer investments against the secondary market of resales. Yet each portal adds its own layer for a data buyer - a price history, a bump date, a developer's list of units, a private seller flag, regional agency stock.
This post covers the five Polish portals we have scraper pages for: the fields each one shows, where its data pays off, and how to join them into one file in which every flat counts once. Other countries are covered in our worldwide list of real estate websites to scrape and in the German edition of this list.
Who needs data from Polish real estate websites
This list serves teams that buy listing data rather than run crawlers: portals and proptech products filling their inventory, developers watching competing investments, valuers and lenders who need price per m2 by district, investors estimating rental yield from sale and rent offers in one city, and estate agencies tracking rival offices.
Fields to settle on Polish property portals before a first run
All five publish in Polish and price in zloty (PLN), and a few fields need a decision first:
- Numbers as text. On Gratka prices use spaces between thousands and a floor reads 1 z 3 or parter/10. Both become plain columns.
- Market. Gratka has a market field, Domiporta a Pierwotny section, Otodom a new development type, Nieruchomosci-online a developer offer tag. Keep market as a column: investment cards quote ranges, not one price.
- Price qualifiers. Cena do negocjacji marks a negotiable price on Gratka and Domiporta; Zapytaj o cenę on an investment card means no price at all. Both are flags, and an empty price never becomes zero.
- Running cost. Domiporta prints Czynsz administracyjny, the administrative rent owed to the building each month on top of the price, in its own field.
- Location ladder. Gratka runs from voivodeship and county (powiat) to district and street, Nieruchomosci-online gives the postal code, Otodom searches by voivodeship, city and postal code. Map on district.
- Identifiers and promotion. Each portal numbers its own listings. Bumps (Podbicie), Top ogłoszenia placements and promoted positions reorder results, so position says nothing about age.
The 5 real estate websites in Poland, one by one
The two portals with the deepest records come first, then the sites that add one layer each: developer unit lists, promoted positions, regional agency stock. That is an order of usefulness for a typical brief, not a verdict on which portal is better.
1. Otodom: the national base with a price history
Otodom is part of the OLX Group and covers residential and commercial property for sale and rent across Poland. Its listing type separates sale, rent, new development and commercial. A record gives the address with city, voivodeship and street-level detail, price in PLN with price per square meter where available, total area, rooms, floor level, building type, features from balcony to heating type, photos, the agent's description and publication and update dates. Three fields set it apart: a listing status of active, removed or reserved; a property history with previous listing dates and price changes; and, where shown, an estimated value from Otodom's own algorithms. Energy class, views and days on the market come when visible. Keep the estimate apart from asking prices. Best for: price and time-on-market monitoring by city or postal code. See our Otodom scraper page.
2. Gratka: market, advertiser and a dated timeline
Gratka is a long-running Polish classifieds brand, now a real estate service in a group of portals backed by Ringier Axel Springer Polska and MZN Property. Offer pages use fixed blocks - parameters, building, amenities, location, advertiser, listing details - so every offer fills the same columns. The record holds price in zloty, price per square metre, the Cena do negocjacji flag, the Nowa niższa cena badge after a price cut, total and usable area, primary or secondary market, form of ownership, condition such as do wykończenia and Na wyłączność for an agency's exclusive mandate. Its own layer is time: date added, date updated, last bump and the view counter (Liczba odsłon) where shown. The advertiser type is a field and part of the address: /oi/ for private persons, /ob/ for agencies, /ok/ for investments. Best for: price-cut tracking, primary against secondary prices, agency activity. See our Gratka scraper page.
3. Domiporta.pl: developer unit lists and the admin rent
Domiporta.pl is a property classifieds portal run by Domiporta Sp. z o.o. from Krosno. Its menu splits Sprzedaż and Wynajem, the secondary market, from Pierwotny, the primary market of developer schemes, and adds Zagranica for property abroad priced in zloty. Its standout is the Lista lokali: an investment page lists every unit with its reference number, floor, rooms, area, price and floor plan, beside the investment status - Nierozpoczęta, W budowie or Ukończona - and a price range or Zapytaj o ceny. Collected weekly, it shows units leaving the list and being repriced. A resale advert adds Czynsz administracyjny, building type such as kamienica or apartamentowiec, year built, the Dostępne od date and an Okolica checklist of nearby tram, school or railway station. Every advert address ends in a numeric id that keys the row. Best for: developer pricing by floor and size, and resale prices with the admin rent beside them. See our Domiporta scraper page.
4. Morizon.pl: developer names, tags and promoted positions
Morizon.pl belongs to the Grupa Morizon-Gratka network, which also includes Gratka.pl, and is widely used in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław and other large cities; its stock comes from agencies, developers and private sellers. A record gives the title, full description, price, street address, district name, rooms, square footage, amenities, photos, agency name, offer type (rent or sale) and listing ID. Its distinctive layer is metadata: developer names, nearby landmarks and public transit, building age or construction type, and tags marking an offer as, for example, ideal for families or an investment opportunity. Promoted listings and their positions can be captured too, showing who pays for visibility. With Gratka in the same group, measure the overlap before adding their counts. Best for: district price tracking, developer activity, promotion analysis. See our Morizon scraper page.
5. Nieruchomosci-online.pl: regional agency stock and postal codes
Nieruchomosci-online.pl is a long-standing Polish portal whose strength is regional markets: local agencies often post offers there before they appear anywhere else. It covers apartments, houses, commercial space, plots and short-term rentals in consistent templates, so fields fill evenly: rooms, floor area, property type, building condition, price, availability, date listed and an address down to street, city, district and postal code. Extras: a last updated timestamp, view counters on some listings, tags such as last minute offer, verified listing, developer offer, urgent sale or premium ad, and floor plans and PDF attachments in many agency listings. The advertiser block holds agency details or a private seller's contact, which stays out by default. Best for: regional coverage, first sightings of new agency offers, postal-code statistics. See our Nieruchomosci-online.pl scraper page.

One file from five portals: Polish property data without double counts
One flat can sit on Otodom, Gratka and Nieruchomosci-online at once. On olx.pl a share of property result cards lead to otodom.pl, so a file built from both counts that stock twice unless the destination is recorded, as our OLX scraper page explains. Three habits make the merge safe:
- One row format, the source on every row. Each row carries the portal and its own listing ID, transaction, market, price in PLN with its qualifier, price per m2, Czynsz administracyjny, area, rooms, floor, building year, voivodeship, city, district, postal code, advertiser type, first and last seen.
- Link duplicates instead of removing them. Rows matched on district, area, room count, floor and asking price, or by their photos, get one property key, so a duplicate counts once. Each row survives: a Gratka row may carry a bump date, an Otodom row an estimated value.
- Keep unlike units apart. Investment cards with a price range, developer unit lines, rooms for rent, Wynajem na doby short-term adverts and Zagranica adverts stay out of resale averages.
A real-estate analytics company wanted every listing on the Romanian portal imobiliare.ro and on the aggregator imoradar24.ro, where about 90% of the cards in the results pointed to imobiliare.ro. Following them would have collected one portal twice, so we opened the aggregator's own page for every listing: 420,000+ listings and 2.2 million+ photos in all. Case: imobiliare.ro and imoradar24 page archive.
Lessons for Polish real estate listings from our projects abroad
None ran in Poland; each answers a question Polish portals raise.
Promotion is a dataset of its own
An investment firm watched Hemnet, the Swedish property portal, as a business: every listing carries a paid ad package, Bas, Plus or Premium, and twice a month the firm received each new for-sale listing with region, municipality, package, asking price and publication date - 9,509 new listings in the first file. Price-less new-development pages were dropped with the client's agreement, the call a Zapytaj o cenę card needs. When listings came back under variations of their municipality, removing repeats shrank the files by 20-30%, so we added a check that keeps one row per listing. Bumps, Domiporta's WYRÓŻNIONE badge and Morizon's promoted positions allow the same read. Case: Hemnet listing package mix.
Developer investments come with files
For a real-estate company in India we collected the new-projects section of housing.com once: builder, address, RERA registration number, configurations, launch date, amenities and every image. In the sample some projects came through with only the general gallery and no floor plans, so the scraper was changed to take every image group, and a mapping sheet tied each file to its project. Domiporta's floor plan per unit and the PDFs on Nieruchomosci-online need the same care. Case: Housing.com project cards and floor plans.
Private sellers need a filter, not only a label
A Swiss real estate agency wanted a morning list of new private listings on Homegate and ImmoScout24.ch: a report every workday at 7 a.m., cut from around 85,000 rows a day, launched 7 days after the go-ahead. Some adverts that seemed private were placed by agents posing as owners, so a filtering layer took them out, and numbers already reported from one portal stayed out of the other's file, so no owner got two calls. On Gratka, private sellers can be separated from agencies by the advertiser field as a first cut. Case: private-seller lead feed in Switzerland.
How ScrapeIt handles a Polish property brief
ScrapeIt is a Polish company running a managed service: our team builds the crawlers, runs them and repairs them when a portal changes. You name the portals, areas, segments and fields. Pacing, proxy rotation, CAPTCHA handling and rendering - the anti-bot side - are part of the service. Every project opens with a free assessment, you can order a sample first, and each dataset ships with field documentation. Runs happen once or on a schedule you choose. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Files arrive in CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON, JSONLines or XML, sent by FTP, SFTP, e-mail, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Dropbox or Google Drive, served through our API (an endpoint we host) or a JSON feed, or loaded into your database; an MCP server is available on request. Names of private sellers and landlords are personal data: we process personal data under GDPR, leave those fields out by default and deliver contact details a listing shows openly only when a project needs them. Next: our real estate data scraping service, every property portal on our list, the websites we scrape in Poland and, for retail, the Polish ecommerce websites list.
FAQ
Which are the best Polish property websites to scrape?
Otodom and Gratka for national sale and rent coverage with price history and price cuts. Domiporta adds developer unit lists and Czynsz administracyjny, Morizon developer names and promoted positions, and Nieruchomosci-online regional agency stock.
Is it legal to scrape Polish property websites?
We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on the site - and we collect it legally. A private seller's name and phone are personal data: they stay out by default and are processed under GDPR.
What is the difference between primary and secondary market data?
The primary market is new-build supply sold by developers: investment cards with a price range, a status and unit lists. The secondary market is resale and rental of existing homes. Averaging both mixes ranges with single asking prices, so market is its own column.
How do you remove duplicate listings across Polish portals?
Link them rather than delete them: rows matched on district, area, room count, floor and asking price, or by photos, share one property key, and counts use the key.
How often do Polish property listings need refreshing?
Daily for price tracking and rentals, since adverts are bumped, repriced and removed every day. Weekly suits market statistics and developer unit lists, which change more slowly.
