Apartments.com Data: Unit Prices for 3,000 Buildings Every Day
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
Learn MoreGratka shows when each offer was added, updated and bumped, and flags fresh price cuts. Our Gratka scraper keeps that timeline in every row of the dataset.

Tell us what you need from Gratka - Warsaw flats for sale, rentals in the big cities, building plots in one voivodeship or every developer investment - and we turn it into a crawl plan. The crawler pages through the search lists, opens each offer with its advertiser block and writes one row per listing number; for investments it follows the project card to every unit inside. Polish number formats, prices with spaces as thousands separators and floor notation such as 1 z 3 or parter/10 are normalised into plain columns. Proxy rotation, pacing and CAPTCHA handling are part of the service, and layout changes are ours to fix. Runs are one-off or scheduled daily or weekly, with a free assessment before the first run and field documentation with the data.
A Gratka offer page is organised in fixed blocks - parameters, building, amenities, location, advertiser and listing details - so the same columns fill for a studio in Kraków and a semi-detached house near Warsaw. The listing number from the Szczegóły ogłoszenia block and the numeric id at the end of the address keep each row stable between runs. Fields our Gratka data scraper returns:
Those last fields are why Gratka suits time-based work. The bump date and the view counter show which offers are being pushed and which are being looked at - signals that price and area alone cannot give.
Gratka covers the Polish market in one category tree, so coverage is a matter of choosing branches and revisiting them.
Gratka is one of Poland's long-running classifieds brands. It started in 2000, was later taken over by Ringier Axel Springer Media and now belongs to a group of property portals backed by Ringier Axel Springer Polska and MZN Property. Today gratka.pl presents itself as a real estate service, with menus for sale, rent, developer offers and flat prices, and with separate offers for agencies, developers and private advertisers.
The supply is mixed. Estate agencies place most offers; developers publish whole investments; private persons list their own flats and houses. Each offer says which kind of advertiser stands behind it, and the address says it too: private listings sit under /oi/, agency listings under /ob/, investments under /ok/.
Locations follow the Polish administrative ladder - voivodeship, county (powiat), town, district, street - and the breadcrumb of an offer carries every level that applies, which makes regional aggregation simple. Prices are in zloty, with a price per square metre on every card that gives an area. Offers can be pushed up by bumps and Top ogłoszenia placements, so the default order mixes fresh and older listings; sorting by price or date added is available.

Full plan details →Gratka's parameters are detailed enough to model a Polish flat without reading its description, and that is what makes the data useful beyond a listing count.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt works as a managed scraping service for teams that want the data, not the tooling. We build the Gratka crawler, keep it running through site changes and deliver on your schedule to SFTP, Google Cloud Storage, e-mail or our API. Agencies and developers are businesses, so their names and office addresses come through as published. Private advertisers' names stay out by default under GDPR, and their openly shown contact details go into a dataset only when the project calls for them. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Yes. The ScrapeIt Gratka API returns listing number, asking price, price per square metre, area, rooms, floor and market type as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same data is also available as CSV or XML files, as a JSON feed, or loaded straight into your database.
Yes. Offer pages on gratka.pl show prices, parameters, location and advertiser type to every visitor, and the city price reports are open too. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Gratka - and we collect it legally.
Yes. Every offer names its advertiser type - osoba prywatna for a private person, agencja nieruchomości for an estate agency - and the listing address repeats it with /oi/ or /ob/. We deliver it as a column, so private and agency stock can be priced separately or filtered out.
Offers change daily: prices are cut, listings are bumped back up and new ones arrive, and each offer records its date added, last update and last bump. For price tracking we run daily and compare by listing number; weekly runs suit market statistics, and developer investments change slowly enough for a weekly pass.
Yes. We collect the project card - developer, address, completion quarter, from-price and area range - and then every unit listed in that investment with its own price, area, rooms and floor. That links primary-market supply to individual flats rather than to a project summary.
