Apartments.com Data: Unit Prices for 3,000 Buildings Every Day
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
Learn MorePisos.com prints every price cut on the card as an amount and a percentage. Our pisos.com scraper keeps that cut, the advert and its agency in one row.

You name the slice of pisos.com you need - a comunidad, a list of provinces, Madrid Capital district by district, only rentals or only Obra nueva - and how often it should be refreshed. We build the crawlers, run them and repair them when the portal changes its pages. A large province is queried municipality by municipality and by property type, so the result does not rest on the first pages of one long list, and everything is merged on the listing id. Anti-bot handling, proxy rotation and page rendering are part of the service.
Every row carries the advert URL, the id taken from it and the date pisos.com says the advert was last updated, so repeated runs line up. Files arrive as CSV, XLSX or JSON, by SFTP or Amazon S3, or through an endpoint we host.
An advert on pisos.com is addressed by operation and type - /comprar/piso-chamberi_arapiles-67556964092_106100/ for a sale, /alquilar/ for a rental, /promocion- for a new-build scheme - and the number in that path is the key we keep between runs. From each advert we return:
Search cards repeat the headline fields - price, cut, rooms, bathrooms, area, floor and a description snippet - so a light run can stop at the card and a full run opens every advert.
Price drops over time. One pass shows the cut pisos.com prints today; a daily or weekly run keyed on the listing id records every later change, the day an advert goes offline and how long it stayed up. That is the price history most clients want, at street level rather than as a national average. The Con precio rebajado filter gives a quick list of reduced stock between full runs.
Agency profiles. Each /inmobiliaria- page carries the office name and address and all of its live adverts, with Compra, Alquiler and Obra nueva filters, so stock can be counted per agency and per barrio. Search pages add an Inmobiliarias recomendadas block for the area.
New-build schemes. A promoción page has its own name and address, headline price, rooms and area, the marketing agent named under Datos de la promotora and communal equipment such as a pool; on the Obra nueva list each scheme carries a Desde (from) price and minimum room count.
Counts by area. Each level of the location tree shows how many adverts it holds, from comunidad down to neighbourhood - a supply series in itself when it is collected on a schedule.
pisos.com is a Spanish property portal, a product of HabitatSoft with offices in Madrid and Barcelona. It is built around three operations - Comprar, Alquilar and Obra nueva - and six property groups: Casas y pisos, Locales y oficinas for commercial premises, Naves, Terrenos for land, Garajes y trasteros, and Habitaciones for single rooms. Casas y pisos splits further into pisos y apartamentos, casas y chalets, áticos, dúplex, estudios, lofts and fincas rústicas.
Geography runs from comunidad to province, municipality, district and barrio, and coverage reaches past Spain into Andorra and two French areas, Cerdanya Francesa and País Vasco Francés - Iparralde. The interface comes in Spanish, Catalan, English, French and German, and each advert has its own address in every language. The English page is not the agent's text but a summary generated from the advert's fields, so we take the original Spanish description by default and the translation on request.
Visitors search by keyword, by drawing an area on the map, by travel time from a chosen point or through an AI search box, and can filter for Puertas abiertas (open days) or new stock from the last week. Adverts come from estate agencies, developers and private owners, who publish for free.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a managed web scraping service. We build, run and repair the crawlers and hand over the dataset with field documentation, so your team works with rows rather than with the portal. For Spanish property portals that means one schema across sale, rental and new-build adverts, with the Spanish labels kept next to English column names. Runs are one-off or on the schedule you set. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract. A free project assessment comes first, and a sample can be ordered before you commit.
Yes. The ScrapeIt pisos.com API returns the listing id, asking price, price cut, price per square metre, built area and energy rating as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same rows also come as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or a load into your database.
Yes. Prices, areas, features, energy certificates and agency contact blocks are shown to every visitor of pisos.com without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on pisos.com - and we collect it legally. Private owners' names stay out by default, and personal data is handled under GDPR.
Yes. A reduced advert shows the cut as an amount and a percentage next to the current price, and we store both. Run on the same listing ids daily or weekly and you also get the date of each change, any further cuts and the day the advert went offline.
It covers what the portal publishes: Comprar, Alquilar and Obra nueva, all six property groups, every Spanish province, Andorra and the French areas in the location tree. Rentals come with the monthly rent and the Temporada badge for seasonal lets, and promociones come with their marketing agent and from-price.
That depends on the use. Every advert carries an Anuncio actualizado el date and the portal can filter new stock by last week or last month, so price monitoring usually runs daily and market reports weekly. Each delivery is a full snapshot stamped with its run date, ready to append to your history.
