You tell us what to collect - sale or rent, which property types, which regions or towns, how often - and we take it from there: we build the Bezrealitky crawler, run it, and repair it when the site changes, with pacing, proxy rotation and page rendering handled on our side.
Rents arrive split into base rent, service charges, energy charges and deposit. Czech labels are mapped to English column names, and each disposition keeps its original notation with the room count and kitchen type split out beside it. Delivery as CSV, XLSX, JSONLines or a load into your database, by SFTP or Google Cloud Storage, one-off or daily.
Our Bezrealitky data scraper reads the Parametry nemovitosti (property parameters) table and the price box of every listing. The listing number, printed under Inzerát as Číslo, also opens the address - /nemovitosti-byty-domy/ followed by the number and a slug with the offer type, property type, street and town - so rows match across runs without guesswork.
Owners are private persons, so their names stay out of the dataset by default.

Price cuts are visible on Bezrealitky: a reduced listing keeps the old price struck through with the saving beside it, and search results can be sorted by Nejvyšší sleva (biggest discount). A scheduled Bezrealitky price tracker stores the first asking price, every cut and the day the listing leaves the site - time on market for property sold by owners, a segment agency data leaves out.
Bezrealitky.cz is the Czech portal built around selling and letting without an estate agent - bez realitky means just that, and its page titles end in bez RK (no agency). Owners publish the listing themselves and seekers deal with them directly, so the asking prices come from owners rather than brokers. The portal has been on the market since 2007, also runs bezrealitky.sk in Slovakia and belongs to the EHS group.
The offer splits into Prodej (sale) and Pronájem (rent) and then by property: byt (flat), dům (house), pozemek (plot), garáž, nebytový prostor (non-residential space) and chata or chalupa (cottage). The interface runs in Czech, English and Slovak, and listing descriptions carry a Czech and English switch.
Its paid services are aimed at owners and seekers, not at agents. Owners buy listing packages such as Komplet, which also places the ad on other property sites, or the assisted Prodej Komfort; tenants who want to write to owners buy a Premium profil, which also shows them new listings before other visitors. For a data buyer the consequence is simple: everything about the property and its price is public, while the conversation with the owner stays inside the site.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsOwner-direct listings answer questions that agency data cannot:
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt collects website data as a managed service - we build the crawler, run it on your schedule, fix it when the site changes and deliver the result. Czech portals with their own notation, like the 2+kk dispositions and PENB ratings on Bezrealitky, get normalised columns and a field guide explaining each one. Name the regions, offer types and fields you need, and the free assessment comes back with a sample. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Bezrealitky API serves listing number, disposition, usable area, monthly rent with service and energy charges, deposit and available-from date as JSON from an endpoint we host, on the schedule you choose. The same data can also arrive as CSV or Excel files, a JSON feed or a direct load into your database.
Yes. Prices, parameters, equipment, neighbourhood distances and publication dates are open to every visitor of Bezrealitky without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Bezrealitky - and we collect it legally. Owners are private persons, so their names stay out by default, and personal data is handled under GDPR.
Each rental row carries monthly rent, service charges, energy charges and refundable deposit separately, plus disposition, usable area, floor, furnishing, available-from date and the landlord's requirement for liability insurance or a debt-free check. That is enough to compare the total monthly cost, not only the advertised rent.
Daily suits rental tracking: new listings appear every day under the NOVÝ badge, and Premium profile members see them before other visitors. Weekly usually suits houses and plots. Each run records new listing numbers, price cuts and removed listings, so the history starts building from the first day.
Yes. Listings badged Developerský projekt come from developers, and Prodává Bezrealitky marks sales handled by the portal's own team; both flags are kept as columns. Everything else is an owner listing, so a study of private sellers filters on one field.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
