Every Aruodas ad address ends in a category code and an ad id, and many ads add the registry RC number. Our Aruodas scraper keeps both on each row, run after run.

You set the scope - categories, municipalities or single microdistricts, sale or rent, how often - and we build the Aruodas crawler, run it and repair it whenever the site changes. Pacing, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA handling are part of what we do, not something you arrange.
Each Lithuanian label is mapped to an English column and documented, values such as heating or building type keep the original wording with a translation beside it, and euro amounts arrive as numbers. Files go out as CSV, XLSX or JSON, to Amazon S3, Google Drive or by e-mail, once or on a daily or weekly schedule.
Our Aruodas data scraper reads the ad page field by field and keeps the Lithuanian label next to an English column name, so Kambarių sk. (number of rooms) or Pastato tipas (building type) never loses its meaning. The ad address ends in a category code - 1 for a flat for sale, 4 for a flat for rent, 11 for a plot - and then the ad id; together they hold a row steady between runs.
Some ads sell only a share of a flat - Objektas: Buto dalis - and we flag them, so a partial share does not drag down a district's average price per m2.

One pass is a snapshot; scheduled passes are a market. Run after run, each ad id collects a price history, its saved and view counters turn into a demand curve, and the Įdėtas date plus the day the ad vanishes measure how long a property took to sell or let. An ad deleted as sold stays visible for three days with a Parduota or Išnuomota (sold, rented) marker, which lets the tracker tell a sale from a withdrawal when a run catches that window.
Aruodas.lt is a Lithuanian property classifieds portal, written in Lithuanian with English and Russian versions at en.aruodas.lt and ru.aruodas.lt. Its sections follow the object and the deal: butai (flats for sale), namai (houses), sklypai (plots), patalpos (commercial premises), garažai (garages and parking spaces), separate rental sections for flats, houses and premises, trumpalaikė nuoma (short-term rent) and Ieško NT, where buyers and tenants post requests.
Search narrows by municipality, microdistrict and street, and the addresses follow the same ladder: a street page in Vilnius lists the flats on that one street. The home page shows private adverts apart from the rest, and its cards mark new-build offers, open house days with their date, and ads with a video or 3D tour.
Around the ads sit Nauji projektai (new projects) for developments, Užsienio objektai for property abroad, a Co-living section, the NT specialistai catalogue of brokers, a price statistics tool and monthly NT rinka reports with asking price per m2 by microdistrict for Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda. The footer links sister portals Skelbiu.lt, Autoplius.lt and CVbankas.lt.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsLithuanian housing is priced street by street, and Aruodas publishes the street. That makes its ads fit for work that needs fine geography:
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a managed web scraping company: we build, run and repair the crawlers, and clients receive the data. Classifieds portals with deep location ladders and local-language labels, like Aruodas, are everyday work for us - each label becomes a documented field, and the mapping holds when the site changes. Field documentation comes with every dataset, and each project starts with a free assessment and a sample. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Aruodas API returns ad id, RC number, price, price per m2, rooms, floor and year built as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same rows also come as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or a load into your database.
Yes. Prices, areas, building details, ad dates and view counters are shown to every visitor of Aruodas without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Aruodas - and we collect it legally. Personal data is handled under GDPR, and private sellers' names stay out of the dataset by default.
Yes. Scope is set by category and location: one city, a list of municipalities or the whole country, from flats and houses to plots, garages and short-term rentals. Every row keeps municipality, microdistrict and street, so a national file still filters down to a single street.
Weekly suits valuation work; daily suits price tracking and new-build monitoring, because edits, price changes and removals happen every day. Ads also carry an active-until date and drop out when they lapse or sell, so the gap between runs decides how precisely time on market is measured.
Yes. Column names are English, and values such as building type, heating and fit-out come in the original Lithuanian with an English translation beside them. Free-text descriptions stay in the language the advertiser wrote them in.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
