Give us the scope - cities such as Copenhagen, Aarhus or Odense, the housing types, a rent band or every rental in Denmark - and the cadence. We write the crawler, run it and keep it working when BoligPortal reworks its pages. Request pacing, proxy rotation, page rendering and CAPTCHA handling come with the service.
Rows are keyed on the case number that ends every listing address after id-, which keeps one rental on one row from run to run. Delivery is a JSON feed, Excel or CSV files, or a push to Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage, with a description of every field. Start with a free project assessment or order a sample first.
BoligPortal splits the money on each listing into a monthly block and a move-in block, and we keep both. The Danish labels stay beside English column names, the same way the site's own English version translates them.
Search cards add two labels of their own: Fri kontakt (free contact), a promotion the landlord buys so that seekers can write without a subscription, and Fremhævet (featured) - both worth a column for anyone studying how landlords advertise.

The site is organised by housing type first - Lejligheder (apartments), Værelser (rooms), Huse (houses), Rækkehuse (terraced houses) - and then by city, so an address such as /lejligheder/københavn/ is already a slice. Filters narrow it by rent, rooms, size, minimum rental period, latest move-in date, lifestyle, facilities and inventory, including Almen bolig for social housing, and results sort by newest, price or size.
BoligPortal is a Danish portal for rental housing only: no homes for sale, just apartments, rooms, houses, terraced houses and project rentals from private landlords, property companies and developers. The home page counts the stock per housing type and links to city pages from Copenhagen and Aarhus down to towns such as Hjørring or Skive.
Both sides of the market use it differently. Landlords list for free and get digital tools for the tenancy - a rental contract builder, a moving-in and moving-out inspection tool and rent collection - and those who pass BoligPortal's validation carry the Valideret af BoligPortal mark on their listings. Home seekers can open every listing, but writing to a landlord takes a paid subscription unless the landlord has bought the Fri kontakt promotion, a phone number shows only to subscribers, and the address stops at the street name. That split decides what a dataset holds: every rent, cost and facility is public, landlord contact details are not, and we do not promise them.
A free search alert, BoligAgent, e-mails new matches to seekers, and the footer offers a lookup by case number.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsOn BoligPortal the rent is shown net, aconto for utilities is added on top, and the move-in price often adds up to several months' rent. Because each part is published separately, the data reaches well beyond a rent index.

A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a managed scraping service: we build the crawlers, run them on your schedule and fix them when a site changes, and you receive files or an endpoint. For a rental portal like BoligPortal we model the money with care - net rent, utilities, deposit and prepaid rent in separate numeric fields - and handle any personal data under GDPR. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt BoligPortal API returns the case number, monthly net rent, aconto, deposit, move-in price and available-from date as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on your schedule. You can also take the same records as CSV or Excel files, or have them loaded into your database. An MCP server is available on request.
Yes. Rents, move-in costs, sizes, facilities and the landlord's validation mark are shown to anyone who opens a BoligPortal listing. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on BoligPortal - and we collect it legally. Landlord contact details sit behind paid access, so they are not part of the dataset.
Yes, through repeated runs. A listing shows today's rent and move-in price, so a daily or weekly schedule keyed on the case number records each change, together with the date a rental appears and the date it is taken down.
All of them. Lejligheder, Værelser, Huse, Rækkehuse and Projektudlejning are separate housing types on BoligPortal with the same cost blocks, and project rentals add a home count and rent range per scheme. You can take one type, one city or the whole country.
All the time: search pages sort newest first, and a rental that has been taken down no longer opens - its address sends the visitor back to the search. Weekly runs suit rent benchmarks; daily runs catch short-lived listings for vacancy and time-to-let work.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
