On Etuovi a flat has two prices: the sales price and the debt-free price that adds its share of the housing company loan. Our Etuovi scraper collects both.

You tell us what to cover - municipalities or districts, building types such as kerrostalo (block of flats) or omakotitalo (detached house), price bands, new builds or the whole of Finland - and how often. We build the crawler, run it on that schedule and repair it when Etuovi changes its pages. Pacing, proxy rotation, rendering and CAPTCHA handling are part of the service.
Each run returns one row per kohdenumero, the listing number, so a flat that stays on the market for months keeps one key while its price and status change around it. If you only need to export Etuovi listings to Excel once, a one-time extract does it; recurring runs arrive as CSV, XLSX or JSONLines, by SFTP or straight into your database, with field documentation attached. A free project assessment comes first, and a sample can be ordered before you choose a plan.
An Etuovi listing is built around the Finnish housing company, the taloyhtiö, so a useful row describes both the flat and the building it belongs to. We read the listing sections as a visitor sees them and keep the Finnish label next to each English column.
Search cards add badges of their own: Uusi 24 h or Uusi 48h on fresh listings, Uudiskohde on new builds and Nousu on listings lifted by a paid visibility product. Where the advertiser chooses to show price changes, Etuovi also displays the previous price, so price cuts can be captured as they happen.

Search pages are organised by municipality and district, and the address carries the slice: /myytavat-asunnot/helsinki/oulunkyla/kaksio lists two-room flats in one Helsinki district. A project scope can be written as a list of such paths or drawn as a map area, and every result merges on the listing number.
Etuovi.com is a Finnish property portal run by Alma Media Oyj. It is built around homes for sale: the main tabs are Asunnot (homes), Loma-asunnot, Tontit, Maa- ja metsätilat and Autotallit ja muut. Rentals live on Vuokraovi, Alma's separate rental site, which Etuovi links to city by city, and business premises link out to Kauppalehti's Toimitilat service. The site is in Finnish, and its labels are the vocabulary of a Finnish home sale.
A flat on Etuovi typically comes as shares in a housing company rather than as property in its own right, so the listing carries data a detached house would not need: the company's name, loans, monthly charges and renovation record. The sales price covers the shares only; the debt-free price adds the flat's part of the company loan, and ranking flats on the sales price alone favours those with heavy company debt.
Listings come from brokerages, whose brokers carry qualifications such as LKV, and from private sellers who publish through the Myy itse (sell it yourself) route. New builds have their own browse page with the Uudiskohde badge, and right-of-occupancy flats, asumisoikeusasunnot, are listed separately as well.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsFinnish housing data has a quirk that generic property feeds miss: price and running cost sit in separate fields. With the debt-free price, debt share and monthly charges in one row, the uses get concrete.

A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt builds and runs crawlers for property portals and hands over the result, so your team works with rows rather than page layouts. On Finnish listings that means English column names beside the original labels, the sales price kept apart from the debt-free price, and private sellers' names treated as personal data under GDPR - left out by default. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Etuovi API returns the listing number, debt-free price, sales price, maintenance charge, room layout and building year as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same rows also come as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or a load into your database.
Yes. Prices, monthly charges, housing company details and agency names are shown on Etuovi to any visitor, with no account needed. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Etuovi - and we collect it legally. Private sellers' names stay out of the dataset by default.
Yes. Plots, holiday homes, farms and forest land, and garages are separate Etuovi sections, and we cover any of them with their own fields. Rentals are not on Etuovi itself: rental searches lead to Vuokraovi, which we scope as a second source when a project needs both.
Myyntihinta, Velkaosuus and Velaton hinta arrive as three numeric columns, so flats can be compared on the debt-free figure. Where a listing gives only one of them, the other columns stay empty rather than estimated, and the field documentation explains each of the three.
Daily runs catch Uusi 24 h listings and price cuts on the day they appear; weekly runs are enough for valuation work. Every run is keyed on the listing number, so a refresh updates prices and charges in place and marks the listings that have left the site.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
