Learn MoreManaged Imot.bg scraping: every advert in Bulgaria with its price in euro, square metres, floor, construction type and kvartal, delivered as CSV, JSON, XLSX or an API feed.
You set the scope - which rubrics, which oblasts, cities or kvartals, which property types, and how often it refreshes. We build the crawler, run it and repair it when the site moves. Output lands as CSV, Excel, JSON, a database load or an Imot.bg API endpoint your systems can call, with first-seen and last-seen dates so price changes survive between runs.
Blocking is our side of the job: anti-bot handling, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA solving are part of the service, with request rates that keep the source healthy.
Phone numbers and the names of private sellers stay out by default. You get property and commercial data, plus company details for agencies.
We extract Imot.bg listings in full - one row per advert, with the Bulgarian label beside an English gloss:
Currency is the field to get right this year. Bulgaria adopted the euro on 1 January 2026 and the site has followed: every price is printed in euro, the filter offers euro or dollars, and the lev has gone from the pages entirely. Advert markup declares the currency as EUR. Imot.bg price data from before 2026 was quoted in lev at the rate fixed against the euro since 1999, and a series that mixes the two without a conversion column is wrong, so we keep amount, currency and period in separate columns.
The second thing is reach. A search returns at most 1,000 adverts - 25 pages of 40 - however many matches it reports, and the total it currently shows is capped rather than exact. Sofia holds far more. Coverage therefore comes from slicing: rubric, then city or province, then kvartal, then type, with price bands where a slice is still too large. The site's own URLs follow that ladder, and its sitemaps publish about 21,000 sale and 6,500 rental search paths.
Land has its own units: plots and farmland are measured in dekars, farmland carries a soil category from 1 to 10 and a land-use description, and many plot adverts lead with a price per square metre.
Two absences shape the dataset. Advert markup carries no map coordinates, so location is oblast, city, kvartal and sometimes a street. And there is no sold status: agencies must withdraw a property once it goes, so disappearance from the index is the signal - which is why every row keeps first-seen and last-seen dates.
Imot.bg is the property classifieds site of Rezon OOD, the Sofia publisher behind mobile.bg, bazar.bg and fakti.bg. It has carried the imot.bg name since 2002 and bills itself as the number 1 property site in the country. Everything is published in Bulgarian, with a translated copy of the adverts on the partner site imoti.info.
Adverts sit in six rubrics: prodazhbi (for sale), naemi (to let), kupuva (wanted to buy), tarsi da naeme (wanted to rent), zamenya (exchange) and sakvartiranti (flat shares). Inside them are 20 property types - ednostaen through mnogostaen apartments, mezonet, atelie, etazh ot kashta, kashta, vila, ofis, magazin, zavedenie, sklad, garazh, hotel, partsel, zemedelska zemya and biznes imot.
Coverage runs over all 27 oblasts, each split into a city branch and a province branch, plus a Greek section for Halkidiki, Corfu and Thassos. Sofia alone is cut into roughly 190 named kvartals, from Lyulin 1-10 and Mladost 1-4 to Lozenets and the villa zones under Vitosha. On 6 September 2026 the site's sitemaps indexed about 208,000 live adverts, roughly 170,000 for sale and 39,000 to let.
Agencies and private owners post side by side, and about 5,200 agencies run subdomain shopfronts on the site. Around the classifieds sit weekly median asking prices by district, a daily feed of price cuts, a new-build section and a valuation tool.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Real estate web scraping: a powerful tool for data collection and analysis. Learn how to choose the right data collection method and benefit from real estate web scraping
From Imot.bg to dozens of other real estate platforms, we extract only what you need, in the format you prefer. ScrapeIt is a managed service rather than a tool you have to run.
Bulgarian sources bring their own rules: Cyrillic pages, transliterated URLs, room classes instead of bedrooms, and a currency that changed under the market this year. Whether you are a developer, investor or analyst, our job is to save you time and hand over data you can trust.
Yes. We can export your Imot.bg dataset in CSV, Excel, or JSON - depending on what fits best into your current workflow.
We use a custom-built Imot.bg extractor that adapts to the platform's structure - giving you stable and complete results.
No. There is no developer programme, API documentation or data feed on the site. Its sitemaps index the adverts, but every field still has to be read off the page, so the Imot.bg API you get is our endpoint over collected data.
ScrapeIt is a service company - not a tool. We handle the entire scraping process for you, from extraction to delivery.
Absolutely. We can format and structure the data to match your internal database schema or integration needs.
Step 1 - Make a Request
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We’ll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Step 2 - Configuring Custom Web Crawlers
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Step 3 - Collect and Deliver
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Step 4 - Maintain and Support
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
