85K Rows of Houses/Day Into CRM via API - Set up in 7 Days
Daily detection of new private property listings in Switzerland on Homegate.ch and ImmoScout24.ch, giving the agency first access to high-value leads.
Learn MoreDaily property data from Switzerland's largest real estate marketplace, collected to your filters and delivered where you already work.
We start from your target: which cantons, which categories, rent or buy. The crawler walks the relevant search trees, opens each listing, normalizes the fields and deduplicates against previous runs, so you see only what is genuinely new. Quality checks catch broken or renumbered records before they reach you. Delivery is yours to choose: CSV, Excel or JSON, a scheduled email, or a direct push into your CRM or database through an API. Collection can be one-off or recurring - daily, weekly or monthly.
Every run captures the listing URL and Homegate ID, headline and full description, deal type (rent or buy), property category, asking rent or sale price with price per square meter where shown, extra costs and gross rent, number of rooms, living and floor space, floor, year built, availability date, and features such as balcony, elevator, parking or pet policy. From the location block we take street, postal code, municipality, canton and map coordinates. From the contact block we take advertiser name and type, reference number, phone, publication or first-seen date, and image URLs.
The most valuable signal on Homegate.ch is often not in the listing fields at all. Many agents publish without naming their agency, so a card that looks like a private owner is really a professional lead you have already paid for. For a Swiss real estate agency we built exactly that filter: each day the crawler collected the full listing set, isolated the houses and apartments that had appeared in the previous 24 hours, and scored every one of them against contact and publication patterns to separate genuine private sellers from agents publishing under cover. The output was a clean private-seller report rather than a raw dump, sent by email every working day at 7 a.m. and loaded into the client's database through their API.
Homegate is Switzerland's largest online property marketplace. It launched in 2001, is headquartered in Zurich, and today sits inside SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, a joint venture of TX Group, Ringier, Mobiliar and General Atlantic that also owns ImmoScout24, home.ch, Immostreet.ch and acheter-louer.ch. Homegate reports more than 100,000 active properties and over 9 million visits per month.
The portal splits into a rental side and a purchase side. Residential inventory covers apartments, attic and terrace flats, lofts, single houses, villas, chalets, rustici and furnished dwellings. Beyond housing there are offices, shops, restaurants, workshops, industrial space, storage rooms, single garages, underground parking and open or covered parking slots, plus building, agricultural, commercial and industrial land.
Search runs in German, French, Italian and English across every canton. Users filter by property type, price, number of rooms, living space in square meters, availability date and municipality, then widen the result set with a radius search or by drawing a custom area on the map of Switzerland.
Homegate also publishes the Homegate Rent Index, a quality-adjusted asking-rent benchmark produced together with Zuercher Kantonalbank, and offers a hedonic property valuation based on the IAZI model alongside a mortgage calculator. Listings come from agencies and private owners alike.

Swiss property moves fast, and the winner is usually whoever calls first. An owner who lists a house privately can field around twenty calls from agencies on the very first day, and an agent who is not among the first three to reach them has effectively lost the mandate. A daily Homegate.ch feed turns that race into a routine: fresh listings land on your desk before the working day starts, already filtered to the cantons, price bands and property types you actually cover. The same data supports rent and price benchmarking, competitor tracking, portfolio valuation and market reporting.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Real estate web scraping: a powerful tool for data collection and analysis. Learn how to choose the right data collection method and benefit from real estate web scraping
ScrapeIt builds custom scrapers for teams that need one specific site, not a generic tool. Homegate.ch is familiar ground: we run it as part of a daily pipeline for a Swiss real estate agency, paired with immoscout24.ch, where the two portals together produce roughly 85,000 rows a day. We take care of site changes, monitoring and delivery, and we scope every project around the fields and the cadence you will really use. You get data, not another system to maintain.
Yes. We crawl the full result set daily and compare it against previous runs, so you receive only the properties that appeared in the last 24 hours, already deduplicated and matched to your filters.
That was the core of our Swiss project. Agents often publish without naming their agency, so we score each fresh listing on contact and publication patterns and flag the ones that look genuinely private.
As CSV, Excel or JSON files, as a scheduled email, or as a direct load into your CRM or database through an API. Our Swiss client gets a report every working day at 7 a.m. plus an API push.
It depends on scope. The daily homegate.ch and immoscout24.ch pipeline for our Swiss client went from brief to production in seven working days, including private-seller detection and API delivery.
Portals of this size adjust their markup and their protection regularly. Monitoring and maintenance are part of the service: we spot the break, adapt the collector and keep your daily feed arriving on time.
