Describe the scope - which cantons or communes, rent or sale, residential or commercial, which agencies, how often - and we build the immobilier.ch crawler, run it and maintain it. Pacing, proxy rotation and rendering of dynamic pages are handled on our side.
Rows come with French labels mapped to English columns, CHF amounts as numbers, charges kept apart from the rent and the half-room count preserved as published. Delivery fits your stack: Excel, CSV, JSON or XML, pushed to SFTP, Amazon S3 or Dropbox, or served from our API on a weekly or daily schedule.
Our immobilier.ch data scraper captures both the result card and the full listing page. Each listing address carries the deal, the property type, canton, commune, the agency's slug and id, and the listing id at the end - two keys in one URL, so every row knows what is offered and who offers it.
Commercial listings follow the same layout with their own types - arcade, commerce, restaurant, and the Bureau, Industriel and Hôtellerie categories - so shops and offices land in the same table as flats.

The listing page shows the current price and a New badge for recent arrivals, but no price history and no publication date. Repeat runs supply what the page does not: the day a listing id first appears, every change of rent, charges or availability, and the day it goes. For rentals in Geneva or Lausanne, a daily run gives time on market by commune and room count.
immobilier.ch calls itself le portail des professionnels romands de l'immobilier - the portal of Romandie's property professionals - and its search pages state that every property for rent or sale is offered by the region's real estate agencies. The supply is what Romandie agencies and régies put on the market, so every listing names the agency behind it.
Coverage is French-speaking Switzerland, with agency directories for six cantons - Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Jura. The site runs in French, German and English. Navigation follows Acheter (buy) and Louer (rent), split into Résidentiel and Commercial, then by canton and commune; every canton page lists its communes as entry points.
Around the listings sit an estimation tool (Estimer), e-Locataire for tenant application files, e-mail alerts for new properties, a news section and mobile apps. Swiss conventions run through the data: rooms come in halves, rent is quoted with charges added on top, and many agencies hold the street back until a seeker gets in touch.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsBecause the stock comes only from agencies, immobilier.ch data is the professional supply of Romandie, labelled with who manages each property:
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt runs web scraping for clients end to end: we write the crawlers, operate them and keep them working, and the client gets data with field documentation. Swiss property portals bring their own conventions - half-room counts, rent plus charges, prices on request - and we keep each one in a separate, documented column instead of flattening it. A free project assessment and a sample come first. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt immobilier.ch API returns listing id, agency, rent in CHF with charges, rooms, surface and commune as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed when you want it. The same data is also available as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or a load into your database. An MCP server is available on request.
Yes. Prices, room counts, surfaces, communes and agency names are shown to every visitor of immobilier.ch without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on immobilier.ch - and we collect it legally. Contact persons' names are left out by default, and personal data is handled under GDPR.
Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Jura, the six cantons of the agency directory, down to single communes. A project can take one canton, a list of communes or all of Romandie, for rent, sale or both, and canton and postcode stay on every row.
No. When a card says Contactez l'agence pour l'adresse, only the postcode and commune are public, and that is what the row carries, with a flag for the hidden street. Where the agency publishes the street, as many do, the full address is delivered.
By revisiting the same listing ids on a schedule. The page shows only the current rent or price, so each run stores it with a date; a change in rent, charges or availability becomes a dated record, and a listing that disappears gets a removal date.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
