Our SeLoger scraper runs on our infrastructure, not yours. Delivery is CSV, JSON, XLSX or an API endpoint, on the schedule you set: a single extract, or a recurring run. Exports drop into BI tools and existing pipelines without a translation layer, and SeLoger rows can be mapped onto a shared schema with the other portals we cover, so one query spans several sources.
seloger.com answers automated clients with a challenge page rather than markup, so scraping SeLoger runs with request pacing, proxy rotation, CAPTCHA handling and page rendering, all part of the service. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on SeLoger - and we collect it legally. You approve a sample before the full run, and we repair the crawlers when the site changes.
A SeLoger listing is assembled from structured agency data, so the fields are consistent enough to model properly. A standard extract carries:
Two fields buyers expect and do not get. The street address is submitted by the agency but never shown to the site visitor, and by default a property is drawn at the centre of an IRIS statistical zone rather than at its real point. And taxe foncière (property tax) is not a standard field at all. Agencies can only pass it through a free-text custom slot, so it appears on a minority of listings and is absent from the rest. We do not invent either one.
DPE (energy performance diagnosis) and GES (greenhouse gas) labels matter commercially in France because they gate what an owner may do. Under the loi Climat et Résilience, G rated homes have been barred from the rental market since 1 January 2025, F follows in 2028 and E in 2034, and selling an F or G rated house has required an energy audit since 1 April 2023. A G label on a French listing is not decoration. It is a discount and a deadline, and it moves the asking figure.
The label column needs care. SeLoger allows two non-letter values beside A to G: VI for a DPE vierge (blank diagnosis) and NS for non soumis (not subject to the requirement). When either appears, the numeric consumption and emission fields are deliberately left empty. A pipeline reading that column as a clean A to G enum will either break or score the blanks as missing data. We deliver class and numbers as separate columns and preserve VI and NS instead of nulling them.
Listings name agents. Our output is limited to listing and commercial data, and personal contact details can be excluded from delivery on request. Where personal data falls in scope the GDPR applies, and we agree the scope of the extract with you before the first run.
SeLoger is the portal French estate agencies use to publish their stock. It sits inside the AVIV Group, the property division of Axel Springer, next to Logic-Immo, MeilleursAgents and Belles Demeures.
That grouping is visible in the plumbing, not only in press releases. Each listing an agency submits carries a publication list. Its codes include SL for seloger.com, BD for bellesdemeures.com, WA for an agency website run by SeLoger, then WI, AGB, RIPP and PC. When an agency leaves that list empty, the listing appears on every support the agency subscribes to. One upload, several brands.
Stock arrives the same way for everyone: agency software fills the same fixed set of columns for every property. That is why the fields on a listing page are far more regular than free-text classifieds, and it also explains the gaps. A column an agency never fills stays empty for every property that agency holds, so coverage varies by source rather than at random.
For anyone buying SeLoger data this has a direct consequence. A property found here may also be addressable on a sibling brand under a different URL, and a flat held by two agencies on separate mandats (mandates) appears twice, with two references and two photo sets. Counting rows is not counting properties. We deduplicate on signals that travel with the listing rather than on title text, and we report which rows were merged.

Full plan details →The reason to scrape SeLoger rather than a private-seller site is that professional stock lives here, and professional stock carries the honoraires problem.
Under the arrêté of 10 January 2017, an advert where the buyer pays the fee must show the price excluding fees, the fee amount, and the fees-included price set in larger type. An advert where the seller pays shows a single number and no fee at all. Two listings at the same headline figure are therefore not the same figure. Load a SeLoger price column into a model without resolving who pays and you have quietly averaged two different quantities. We keep them apart and carry the payer as its own column.
Mandate structure is the second. An exclusive mandat gives one agency the property; a simple mandat lets an owner sign several at once. The same flat then surfaces under several agencies, sometimes at figures that differ only by the fee arrangement. That pattern says which stock is struggling to sell, but only if the pipeline recognises it instead of counting it as fresh supply.
The third is addressability. Detail URLs end in a numeric id, and search paths are built from commune and département slugs, so a crawl can be scoped by area and a property revisited by id. When a property leaves the market its advert stops resolving. Time on market must be built from your own dated snapshots.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a managed data extraction company. We build, run and maintain the crawlers for platforms like SeLoger and hand over clean, structured datasets, so nobody on your side has to own a parsing pipeline. We work across real estate, eCommerce, travel and job boards, and we scope each project to the fields you actually need rather than shipping everything a page happens to contain. Ongoing runs include monitoring and repair when the site changes.
Yes. The ScrapeIt SeLoger API returns prix, prix hors honoraires, surface, pièces, the DPE class and the listing reference as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same SeLoger data also comes as CSV or XLSX files or straight into your database.
Yes. We prepare structured exports as CSV, XLSX or JSON, or an API endpoint if you would rather pull than receive files. Column names, units and date formats are agreed before the first run, so the file matches your schema rather than ours.
No, and no scraper can supply it. Agencies do submit the address, but SeLoger never gives it to the visitor, and by default a property is placed at the centre of an IRIS statistical zone rather than at its true coordinates. What we deliver is commune, code postal, the quartier label and the location precision the page itself exposes.
Yes, where the listing states it, and it is worth insisting on. French rules require an advert with buyer-paid fees to show both the fee-excluded price and the fees-included price; an advert with seller-paid fees shows neither the fee nor a second number. We deliver the payer as its own column and keep the two SeLoger price figures in separate fields, so nothing is averaged by accident.
Runs are scheduled - daily, weekly or monthly - and each run is a dated snapshot rather than a live feed. We do not offer real-time data. Listings that stop resolving are flagged as gone in the delta instead of being dropped, so the history stays intact and you can measure time on market from your own series.
Step 1 - Make a Request
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We’ll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Step 2 - Configuring Custom Web Crawlers
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Step 3 - Collect and Deliver
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Step 4 - Maintain and Support
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
