Apartments.com Data: Unit Prices for 3,000 Buildings Every Day
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
Learn MoreEvery era.be listing carries an ERA property code, a Technical and legal info tab and the office that sells it. Our ERA Belgium scraper turns all three into rows.

You choose the scope - provinces, municipalities or postcodes, for sale, for rent or new build, property types, or the stock of particular ERA offices - and we do the rest as a managed service. Our crawler opens every listing in full, including the room-by-room Details and the Technical and legal info tab that the summary keeps folded, and records the attached documents. We run it as a one-off or on a timetable you choose and repair it whenever era.be changes. Request pacing, proxy rotation and page rendering are on our side. A free project assessment comes first, a sample can be ordered, and the documentation names the Dutch or French label behind every column.
An era.be listing is longer than its card. At the top sit price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, surfaces and the EPC letter; further down come specifications, a room list and a legal block. Our ERA Belgium scraper keeps all of it, with rooms and documents as child rows of the property code.
Values stay as published: where an office writes "Detailed information on request" instead of a value, the column says so rather than staying blank.
Outside the listing page, era.be has three more sources worth a crawl.
Repeated runs supply what a single visit cannot: the date a NEW badge appears, the move to IN OPTION, price changes and the day a listing leaves the site. Weekly readings of the views counter show which listings draw attention and which do not.
We collect ERA Belgium listings for sale and for rent, new-build projects and ERA office pages; each listing becomes one row under the property code printed on it, refreshed daily, weekly or on demand. Delivery is CSV, XLSX or JSON, through our API or to Google Drive, Dropbox or SFTP. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
era.be is the Belgian site of the ERA real estate network, part of Alfabet, and it is not an open portal: every listing on it belongs to an ERA office. Offices trade under their own names, ERA Bossuyt or ERA Blavier for example, often with several branches, and the site groups their listings by province, from Antwerp and West Flanders in Flanders to Liège, Namur and Luxembourg in Wallonia, plus Brussels. The site runs in Dutch, French and English, yet a listing keeps the language its office wrote it in, so the English results page mixes Dutch, French and English titles.
The menu splits the stock into For sale, For rent and Nieuwbouw (new build) projects, with ERA Invest beside them, and listing addresses follow the pattern for-sale, town, type, title, with types such as house, flat-apartment and revenue-generating property. Seller tools - the ERA Buyers' Waiting Room, a database of registered potential buyers, the free valuation and the ERA Open Houses Day - shape what reaches the site, but they are not listings themselves.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt builds and runs web crawlers as a managed service. We design them, run them on the schedule you set, fix them when a site changes and deliver the dataset with its documentation. For a network site like era.be we model the data the way the site is built - office, listing, rooms, documents - instead of flattening it into one sheet. Offices and their brokers are business contacts and are delivered as such; any other personal data falls under GDPR, and we do not build profiles of people.
Yes. The ScrapeIt ERA Belgium API serves property code, price, habitable area, EPC label, taxable income and ERA office in JSON; the endpoint is ours and updates daily, weekly or on demand. If you prefer files, the same records come as CSV or Excel, through a JSON feed or straight into your database.
Yes. Search results, listing pages with their specifications and Technical and legal info tab, office pages and new-build projects are open to anyone on era.be. We collect only publicly available data - all that a visitor to ERA Belgium can see - and we collect it legally. Brokers appear as business contacts.
Yes. era.be has NL, FR and EN versions, while the title and description stay in the language the office wrote them in. We collect the version you choose and map every label to one English schema, so a Liège apartment and a Ghent house land in the same columns.
For each property code we list the downloadable documents - for example the EPC, asbestos certificate, soil certificate and urban planning information - with their links, and we can store the PDFs when the project needs them. Values from the Technical and legal info tab, such as flood area and urban planning permit, arrive as separate columns.
As often as you set: daily for new listings and status badges, weekly for a market overview, or monthly. Each run records the price, the NEW or IN OPTION badge and whether the listing is still online, so a series of runs shows how long homes stay on era.be and where prices moved.
