ScrapeIt runs Baza Firm data scraping as a managed service. How to scrape Baza Firm at scale is mostly planning: we walk the industry catalogue crossed with voivodeships, cities and districts until every list is covered, fetch each card once by its ID and parse it into one schema. Anti-bot handling, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA solving are part of the service, so the feed keeps running when the site changes. Baza Firm is the Polish company directory of Business Navigator, a Wroclaw firm, published at baza-firm.com.pl. A Baza Firm scraper reads one public card per company: in September 2026 the sixteen voivodeship lists held about 281,000 company cards, from about 52,000 in Mazowieckie to under 6,000 each in Opolskie, Lubuskie and Swietokrzyskie. Firms add and edit their own entries by form or by phone, and Business Navigator also draws on the KRS, CEIDG and GUS registers.
The directory opens three ways: by industry, by region and by city. The industry catalogue runs from A to Z through about 700 industries, from accounting offices and pharmacies to construction firms and vets, and every industry splits by voivodeship and by city. Region pages list all companies in a voivodeship; city pages list a town and, in the largest cities, add district pages such as Nowa Huta or Podgorze in Krakow. Keyword pages such as /vsk/hotel/ cut across the industry tree, and the Baza Firm search takes a company name, city, street, voivodeship or industry.
Each list shows 20 companies per page. Highlighted listings, with a bold name on a yellow band, come first; basic entries follow in alphabetical order. A card address strings together the main industry, the town and the company name, then /pl/ and a numeric ID. Only the ID counts: the card opens by its number whatever words come before it, so the ID is the key we keep.

Most cards print a NIP number, the Polish tax ID, and a minority also show a KRS number for firms in the court register. REGON, the statistical number, is not printed on the card. When you need it, we match the NIP against our CEIDG and KRS extracts and add REGON, PKD codes and register status, so each row carries both the directory contact layer and the register identity.

Firms edit their own cards, and the operator says changes go live within 24 hours, with the database reloaded overnight. Most projects refresh monthly; a watchlist of cards can run weekly or daily. Every run records new cards, changed fields and cards that were switched off.

Any of about 700 industries can be cut by voivodeship or city, and the largest cities split further into district pages, so construction firms in Nowa Huta or pharmacies across Mazowieckie are ordinary slices. Rows also carry powiat and, where the card prints them, map coordinates, so you can regroup by county or draw a radius around a site after delivery. Keyword pages add a cross-industry cut when your target does not match one industry name.
We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Baza Firm - and we collect it legally. Every list and card is open without an account; the login exists for firms editing their own entry, and we never use it. No logins, no paywalls. We take company data only, with no names of employees or contact persons. Polish sole traders must trade under their own first name and surname, so many card names include a person's name; under GDPR we keep such a name only as the business name on its row and never build profiles of people.
