To scrape ZnanyLekarz at country scale we start from your grid: which specializations, which cities or districts, and which layers - the profile census, prices, NFZ and insurer coverage, or the listing counters alone. The schedule follows the question: monthly for a census, weekly or daily for prices and booking status on a fixed panel. ZnanyLekarz scraping at that depth means many thousands of requests, so anti-bot handling, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA solving are part of the service, and a profile that disappears is checked again before it counts as a closure. Every listing page also carries counters: how many results are doctors and how many are clinics, how many take online booking or online payment, see children, consult online, speak each of some thirty languages including sign language, accept each of some 25 insurers, take each payment method or welcome wheelchair users and patients with sight or hearing problems. ZnanyLekarz statistics by city and specialization come straight from those counters, without opening a single profile.
Listings currently show 20 cards a page and stop after ten thousand, so a national census runs from the sitemaps and the specialization, city and district grid, not from one long search. A separate sitemap lists newly added profiles, so new entrants surface between runs.
ZnanyLekarz is where Poland looks up a doctor, checks the price of a visit and books it. A ZnanyLekarz scraper turns that storefront into rows: one per professional, address and service, with the price, the payer and the booking status attached. In September 2026 the homepage counts about 240,000 doctors and specialists, and the Digital Services Act notice in its footer reports 15,395,179 monthly users for June 2026. The word lekarz undersells the catalog: psychologists and dentists are the two largest groups of profiles, ahead of internists and physiotherapists, and dietitians, midwives, speech therapists and vets have specializations of their own.

ZnanyLekarz Poland is operated by ZnanyLekarz Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, and the same model runs in the other Docplanner countries under local names - Doctoralia in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, Jameda in Germany, MioDottore in Italy, DoktorTakvimi in Turkey and Znamylekar in the Czech Republic, thirteen countries in all. Booking is free for patients; professionals can keep a free profile or pay for a monthly plan, and paid profiles rank higher in search.
There is no ZnanyLekarz English version: labels, services and conditions are in Polish, so a feed needs a mapping layer before a team outside Poland can use it. Besides doctor profiles the site publishes ZnanyLekarz clinics (placowki), service pages by city, condition pages and a section of patient questions answered by doctors.

Every row carries our capture time, and each run is compared with the previous one, so you receive price changes, new entrants and closed addresses rather than two unrelated snapshots.
