ScrapeIt runs Panorama Firm data scraping as a managed service, and most of the work in our panoramafirm.pl scraper is planning. A list stops at 200 pages of 25 cards, so large branze are cut by voivodeship, county, city and district until each slice fits; even the Panorama Firm Warszawa list of accounting offices needs a district cut. We extract Panorama Firm data from every card, merge duplicate cards of one business on the NIP and keep Polish characters intact. Basic Panorama Firm listings are thin: name, address, branza, NIP, phone and a generated summary. Paid profiles fill most of the list above, so field coverage depends on how many firms in a slice pay for a profile. Reviews reach you without reviewer names, and we add no names of owners or staff: a record describes a company, not a person.
Reviews come from site visitors, and the site states that WeNet does not verify whether a reviewer bought or used the service. Read the stars as a signal, not proof, and keep the text next to them.

A Panorama Firm scraper works on panoramafirm.pl, a Polish business directory that calls itself the largest company search engine in Poland. What is Panorama Firm? It began in 1992 as a printed address book of Polish firms and went online in 2000. Today it is run by WeNet sp. z o.o. of Warsaw, wholly owned by WeNet Group S.A., a group that also sells websites and local marketing to small businesses. Owners and customers can add a firm for free, and the privacy notice names public registers such as CEIDG and KRS as a source of entries.
The catalogue is a tree. Katalog branz splits into 19 groups, from Biuro and Budownictwo to Zdrowie i uroda, and Panorama Firm branze, the site's word for trades, number about 1,100, many filed under more than one group. Each branza has its own list, such as /hydraulicy, with a live counter, 25 cards a page, sorting by popularity, A to Z, Z to A or highest rating, an Otwarte teraz filter and a map. A location segment narrows the list to one of 16 voivodeships, a county, a city or a city district; cities with county rights leave the county slot empty, as in mazowieckie,,warszawa. The search box takes a firm or service plus a town, and phrase results show how far each firm sits from that town.
Every company card, a wizytowka, lives at an address built from voivodeship, county, town, street and number, then a name slug and a short code, so the URL already carries the location. Around the cards sit Panorama miast city guides with population, postcodes and firm counts per popular branza, Panorama regionow, Popularne zapytania and Najnowsze wizytowki, the newest cards in each group.

Phrase searches pick up trades without a branza of their own. One business can hold several cards, often one per branza, each with its own ID, so we merge them on the NIP and keep every category the firm appears in. You get one row per firm, one per card, or both.
Panorama Firm calls itself the largest Polish company database but prints no single total; every list shows a live counter instead. In late September 2026 Salony i gabinety kosmetyczne held 53,524 firms, Biura rachunkowe 46,727 and Restauracje 22,731. Counters overlap, because one firm can sit in several branze. A full crawl deduplicated on the NIP gives the real number of firms for your trades and regions, and we report it with every delivery.
Directory fields move slowly, so most clients refresh a full slice monthly and a watchlist of firms weekly, while review tracking runs daily. Each row carries its collection date, and each run flags new cards, removed cards, changed hours or contacts and new reviews. Delivery is CSV, JSON, JSON Lines or XLSX, pushed to S3, SFTP, Google Sheets or your database. Cards can outlive a business, so we can mark rows whose NIP has left CEIDG or KRS.
