You name the cities, unit types, bedroom counts and budget range, and say whether you need cards only or full listings with fees, rules and reviews. We build the crawlers, run them on your schedule and fix them when Furnished Finder changes its pages. The site loads its listings in the browser and screens automated visits, so rendering, pacing, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA handling are part of what we do, not part of your workload.
Each row is keyed on the Property ID and dated by run. Files come as JSON, CSV or Excel, through our API, to Dropbox, Google Drive or Amazon S3, or by e-mail, with documentation for every field. It starts with a free project assessment, and you can order a sample first.
Each rental has a Property ID such as 393016_1 and a fixed address built on it, which makes the ID the anchor for repeat runs. A listing splits its information between a price box, the free-text description and a run of labelled sections, and we read all of them:
Landlords are often private individuals, shown by first name and initial, so we deliver listings and landlord signals, not people: names, profile photos and the About the landlord text stay out by default, reviewer names are dropped, and all data is handled under GDPR.
City pages are the entry point. Each market has an address such as /housing/us--tn--nashville, a heading that counts the furnished monthly rentals near that city, a paged card grid and a map. On a big market the map shows only part of the stock at once and asks the visitor to zoom in for the rest, so a large metro is covered page by page and area by area, merged on Property ID.
Cards carry a badge (Fast responder or Recently added), property type, title, city, Available date, monthly rent, bedrooms and bathrooms, so a city-wide rent scan can run on cards alone and open the full listing only when fees, rules or reviews are needed. The filters - Utilities Included, Pets Allowed, Entire place, Room for rent or Hotel, amenities and accessibility features - let us cut a market the way a traveler would.
Prices over time. Rent, fees, the Available date and the calendar shift as landlords fill gaps between tenants. Runs repeated on the same Property IDs build price history and an occupancy proxy: how long a unit stays open, when its next free date moves, and when it drops out of search.
Furnished Finder is a US marketplace for furnished homes let by the month, with its mailing address in Austin, Texas. Its homepage lists the top cities for travel nurses, corporate travelers and relocating families, and that is the audience the whole site speaks to. Its help center describes it as open to anyone looking for a furnished rental of 30 days or longer, with landlords free to set a longer minimum.
The business model shapes the data. Travelers pay no booking fees and reach the landlord directly through a booking inquiry, a message or a call. The price a listing shows is the landlord's monthly rent, with deposit and one-off fees listed beside it, and landlords who take payment through the site carry an Accepts online payment mark. Supply runs from houses, apartments, condos and cottages to rooms in shared houses and apartments and hotel units, and landlords are often private individuals.
The site is organised by city, with Market Insights, Housing Request and About Monthly Rentals in the main menu. Listing titles lean heavily on location, often naming the hospital a unit is closest to, and the map on a listing can switch between shops and dining, hospitals, schools, parks and transit.

Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt builds and operates scrapers for clients: we design, run and maintain the crawlers and hand over the dataset. Rental marketplaces are a steady part of our work, and the questions repeat - which cities, which unit types, how often, how to treat availability that changes between visits. For Furnished Finder we keep listing data apart from anything personal and document every column. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Yes. The ScrapeIt Furnished Finder API serves Property ID, monthly rent, security deposit, cleaning fee, minimum stay and the Available date as JSON from an endpoint we host, updated as often as you schedule. If files suit you better, the same rows arrive as CSV or Excel, by SFTP or in Google Drive.
Yes. Rents, fees, availability, amenities and reviews sit on Furnished Finder listing pages for anyone to read without signing in. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Furnished Finder - and we collect it legally. Landlord and reviewer names are left out by default.
Landlords adjust rent and the Available date between tenancies, and the calendar moves whenever a stay is booked. For rent benchmarks a weekly run is usually enough; tracking open dates in busy hospital cities calls for daily runs. Every run is dated, so changes show up per Property ID.
Reviews, yes: the count, title, date and text of each one. For landlords we deliver the signals that matter to a business - reply time, tenure and the verification marks - and leave names, photos and the free-text biography out by default. We do not build profiles of people.
Yes. Any city with a /housing/ page can be covered, from the large metros on the top-cities list to small hospital towns. Large metros are worked through page by page and in smaller map areas, so no listing is lost to the map's per-view limit, and the export comes as CSV, Excel or JSON.
