A Bilbasen price can be a cash price, a monthly leasing payment with or without VAT or a trade-only Engros/CVR figure. Our Bilbasen scraper keeps each type in its own column.

You tell us what to cover - Personbil or vans, the Køb or Leasing tab, makes and models, regions, dealer or private stock, and the refresh rate - then we build the Bilbasen crawlers, run them and fix them whenever Bilbasen reworks its pages. Keeping access to Bilbasen working is part of that job and of the price.
Danish number formats are normalised on the way: thousand dots, decimal commas, kr. and kr./md. become plain numbers with a currency and a period. The dataset comes with field documentation, as CSV, Excel or JSON files on SFTP or Amazon S3, or inserted into your own database, once or on a daily or weekly schedule.
A Bilbasen listing lives at /brugt/bil/ followed by make, model, a variant slug and a numeric id. The id keys the row; the variant is the string Bilbasen prints under the model name, such as Long Range AWD 5d on a Tesla Model Y, kept exactly as written. The site is in Danish, so we quote its labels once with an English gloss and deliver English column names.
Phone numbers sit behind a Vis telefonnummer click. Dealer numbers can be collected; a private seller's only when the project needs it.

One listing is a snapshot. What makes a Bilbasen feed useful builds up across search pages and over time.
Bilbasen (bilbasen.dk) calls itself Denmark's largest marketplace for cars. It carries new and used passenger cars, vans, motorhomes and buses, and it is part of Vend. The buying side has two tabs, Køb (buy) and Leasing; cards in the leasing tab show a monthly figure in place of a cash price, incl. or ex. moms (VAT) depending on whether the offer is private or business leasing, which is why price type is the first column to get right.
Danish car taxes shape the listings. Pristype separates the ordinary Kontantpris from Biler uden afgift, cars offered without registration tax, and from Engros/CVR, trade prices for buyers with a company number. Vans are split into incl. moms and ekskl. moms categories, and listings state their Periodisk afgift, the ownership tax charged each year.
Stock is grouped into Danish regions, from København and Nordsjælland to Fyn, Bornholm and Nordjylland, and each card names the town and the region. Sellers are either a forhandler, with a CVR number and a dealer page, or a private seller, who can carry MitID valideret, a check against the Danish digital ID. Around the listings Bilbasen runs a valuation tool (Hvad er min bil værd?), a number-plate check (Nummerpladetjek), user reviews of car models and a forum.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsDealer pricing. Kontantpris by make, variant, model year and Kilometertal, refreshed daily, shows a Danish dealer where a car sits in its segment and how long similar cars stay listed before they go.
EV residuals. Electric range, battery capacity and charging power are separate fields, so used EV prices can be modelled against battery size and WLTP range rather than the model name alone.
Leasing benchmarks. Monthly payment, first payment, residual value, term and included kilometres let lessors and brokers compare offers like for like, by model and by leasing company.
Export sourcing. Traders buying Danish cars for export filter on Uden afgift and Engros/CVR offers, on Euronorm and mileage, and watch new arrivals by the Ny annonce badge.
Market research. Fuel mix, ownership tax and CO2 by region and seller type give analysts and insurers a picture of the cars Danes are selling and what they ask for them.

Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Leveraging advances in technology, the AI-powered web scraper has skyrocketed in demand and is helping to expand capabilities by automating tedious daily tasks and speeding up data collection from thousands of websites several times over.
Web scraping is a method of obtaining web data by extracting it from pages of web resources with the help of a program, that is, in automatic mode. It is used to syntactically convert web pages into more usable forms.
If you specialize in machine learning, you need to feed large amounts of data to the algorithms. Web scraping is the easiest and the most efficient method of collecting the data from all over the Internet.
ScrapeIt runs web scraping as a managed service: we build the crawlers, keep them working and deliver the data with documentation, once or on your schedule. For a Danish marketplace like Bilbasen that means getting three price types, the leasing block, decimal commas and kr. formats right in every run. GDPR governs any personal data in a run: private sellers' names stay out by default, and no profiles of individuals are compiled. A free project assessment and a sample come first.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Bilbasen API serves listing id, make, model and variant, Kontantpris or the monthly leasing payment, Kilometertal and 1. registrering as JSON from an endpoint we host, updated on your schedule. If files suit you better, the same rows arrive as CSV or Excel, by SFTP, through a JSON feed or loaded into your database.
Yes. Prices, specifications, equipment, leasing figures and dealer details on Bilbasen are shown to every visitor without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Bilbasen - and we collect it legally, with private sellers' names left out by default.
You do not run anything: we produce the export and send it. Common setups are a daily CSV or XLSX file on SFTP or Amazon S3, a JSON feed, or rows written straight to your database, with one row per listing id and documented English column names.
Prices on Bilbasen can change while a car is listed, and new listings appear with the Ny annonce badge. For price tracking a daily run is usual; weekly is enough for market reports. Each run is compared with the previous one by listing id, so price changes and removed cars are flagged.
Yes. Leasing listings come with their full block - monthly payment, first payment, total price over the term, residual value, term and included kilometres - and vans can be split by prices with or without VAT. Motorhomes and buses can be added to the same project.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
