Each locale runs as its own site, such as es.khanacademy.org or hi.khanacademy.org, and the language picker lists about fifty, American Sign Language among them. These language versions are not copies of the English catalog. 7th grade math has nine units in English and seven on the Spanish site, in a different order, while the German and Bulgarian sites file the same videos under their own grade courses (7te-klasse-mathematik, 6-klas). A localized video carries its own title, upload date, transcript and chapters; the item slug stays the same and joins the languages.
The Khan Academy courses offered also change by country. The English site holds NCERT and state board courses for India, MATATAG courses for the Philippines and national curriculum courses for Pakistan, and each U.S. state has a region page pointing to its standards and, where they exist, its state courses, such as the TX TEKS grades.
Khanmigo, the AI tutor and teaching assistant, lists its plans in the open. The one Khan Academy price published on the site is Khanmigo's: $4 a month or $44 a year for learners and families, sales tax not included, while teachers sign up free and districts get it through Khan Academy Districts. One item often serves several courses. A video or exercise has one canonical path and is reused by aligned and state versions of the same grade, such as the Illustrative Mathematics and Eureka Math courses, so every record keeps both the canonical URL and the course path it was found under.
