ScrapeIt runs the whole Krisha.kz pipeline. You name the cities, sections and filters - two-room flats in Almaty's Bostandyk district, say, or every complex under construction in Astana - and we build, schedule and maintain the crawler. CAPTCHA handling, proxy rotation, pacing and page rendering are included rather than left to you.
The site runs in Russian and Kazakh, and sellers' descriptions arrive as written. We keep the original labels and text, add English column names and normalised values for house type, condition and bathroom, and document every field. Results come as CSV, Excel, JSON or XML, through our API, or into Amazon S3 or Dropbox. The first step is a free assessment of your scope, and a sample follows.
A Krisha.kz listing lives at /a/show/ plus a number, the key we join runs on. The card title already packs the basics - 3-комнатная квартира · 70 м² · 7/10 этаж is a three-room flat of 70 square metres on the 7th of 10 floors - and the listing page spells out the rest in labelled rows:
We drop private owners' names by default, in line with GDPR, and include a phone number shown openly on the listing only if your project calls for it.

Next to the listings Krisha.kz keeps a second catalogue, Новостройки (new builds), with one page per residential complex at /complex/show/ plus the city and the complex's own slug.
Krisha.kz - Крыша, roof - is a Kazakh property classifieds site run by Kolesa Group, the company behind the car marketplace Kolesa.kz. The top menu reads Продажа (sale), Аренда (rent), Оценка (valuation), Новостройки (new builds), Новости (news) and Крыша Гид (guide). Sale splits into Квартиры (apartments), Дома или Дачи (houses and dachas), Участки (land plots), Коммерческая недвижимость (commercial property), Промбазы и заводы (industrial bases and plants), Бизнес (businesses for sale), Гаражи и паркинги (garages and parking) and Зарубежная недвижимость (property abroad). Rent adds Комнаты (rooms) and Возьму, where tenants post what they want to rent.
Regions run from Весь Казахстан (all of Kazakhstan) to Almaty, Astana, Shymkent and every oblast, and an Almaty search splits further into eight districts from Alatau to Turksib. Each rental carries a period - Помесячно (monthly), Посуточно (daily rent) or По часам (hourly rent) - and its price is quoted per month, day or hour to match. Results show as a list or on a map, and the site also publishes the Индекс Крыши price index, analytics articles and a valuation tool.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsSellers on Krisha.kz fill in structured rows - house type, year built, complex, condition - so its data supports analysis that free text cannot.

Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
We are a managed scraping service: we write the crawlers, keep them working and deliver the data, so your team works with tables rather than with a site in Russian. For Krisha.kz we normalise house types, conditions and rental periods across cities and keep complexes linked to their listings. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract. Runs are one-off or scheduled, files go out by FTP, Google Drive or e-mail or through our API, and an MCP server is available on request.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Krisha.kz API returns the listing number, price in tenge, rental period, rooms, area, house type, year built and residential complex as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. CSV and XLSX files, a JSON feed or a direct load into your database carry the same data.
Yes. Krisha.kz search results, listings and complex pages can be read by anyone without signing in. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Krisha.kz - and we collect it legally. Names of private owners are left out by default.
Yes. Krisha.kz searches run from Весь Казахстан down to Shymkent, each oblast and its towns, and the new-build catalogue has a page per city. We crawl the regions you list and tag every row with region, city and district, so national and city-level cuts come from one dataset.
It depends on the section. Rentals by the day and by the hour are the most time-sensitive, so daily runs suit them; sale listings and new-build prices are usually followed weekly. Each run is matched to the previous one on the listing number, which gives you dated price changes and removals.
Yes. The Новостройки catalogue gives each complex its developer, housing class, completion quarter, finishing, number of flats and from price per square metre, plus the layouts on sale. We deliver complexes as their own table and link listings to them through the Жилой комплекс field.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
