Tell us which part of the Slovak market you need - byty (apartments) in the Bratislava districts, domy (houses) across a kraj, land, offices or the whole of Slovakia, for sale, for rent or both - and how often. We build the crawler for Nehnutelnosti.sk, run it, watch it and repair it when the portal reworks its pages. Rendering, request pacing, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA handling are included.
Each row is keyed on the Číslo inzerátu, the short listing code that also sits in the detail address, so a listing keeps its identity between runs. Data comes as XLSX, CSV or XML, by e-mail, FTP or Dropbox, or through our API, with notes on every column. A free project assessment and a sample come before any commitment.
A Nehnutelnosti.sk detail page puts the price, the price per square metre and a short parameter list at the top, then the property features, the location and the advertiser. We keep the Slovak label of each field next to its English column.
Search cards repeat the price, area, price per square metre and the agency name, so a lighter price-only feed can be built from the cards alone.

Search addresses follow one grammar - /vysledky/ plus category, location and offer type, as in /vysledky/byty/bratislava/predaj - so a project is a list of such paths.
Nehnutelnosti.sk is a Slovak property portal operated by United Classifieds s.r.o. Its name is simply the Slovak word for real estate, and it covers sale and rent across five families of property: Byty (apartments, from garsónka studios to five-room flats, maisonettes and lofts), Domy (houses), Rekreačné (recreational property), Pozemky (land, from building plots to gardens, vineyards and forest) and Priestory a objekty (garages, offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, production halls and hotels).
Realitné kancelárie, the agencies, publish through broker profiles and carry the Profi klient badge; private advertisers list alongside them. In the default Odporúčané (recommended) order the first results carry the PREMIUM badge, so result position says more about paid placement than about the property.
Around the listings the portal offers tools for buyers and sellers: a property valuation, mortgage and refinancing calculators, land verification, contract templates and a magazine. Locations follow the Slovak ladder of kraj, okres and municipality, and the large cities have district pages such as Bratislava-Petržalka or Bratislava-Ružinov.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsSlovak asking prices appear per listing and per square metre side by side, and the parameters behind them - construction type, renovation year, floor - explain much of the gap between two flats in one district.
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a web data service for teams that need listings, not tooling: we run the crawlers and deliver on a fixed schema. On Nehnutelnosti.sk we treat realitné kancelárie and developers as businesses and private advertisers' names as personal data under GDPR, left out by default; contact details a listing shows openly can be included when a project needs them. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Nehnutelnosti API returns the listing number, price, price per square metre, usable area, condition and agency as JSON from an endpoint we host, updated on your schedule. The same records can also be delivered as CSV, XLSX or XML files, or loaded straight into your database.
Yes. Prices, areas, building parameters, project pages and agency profiles are open to every visitor of the portal. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Nehnutelnosti.sk - and we collect it legally. A broker's phone number sits behind a Zobraziť číslo (show number) button and is delivered only when a project needs contact details.
Yes. Predaj and prenájom listings share one detail layout, with rentals priced per month and per square metre per month. We deliver them in one table with an offer-type column, or as two separate files.
Yes. Each project page gives the number of units, residential area, price, status, construction start and expected completion, and a unit table with floor, area, price and availability. We deliver projects and their units as two linked tables.
As often as you set it: daily for price monitoring, weekly for market maps. Each run stores the listing number, the price and the run date, so price cuts, new listings and withdrawals show up as changes between runs, next to the market overview medians of each slice.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
