You choose the deal types, cities, districts and property types; ScrapeIt builds the MyHome.ge crawler, runs it on your schedule and fixes it when the site changes. Rendering pages in a real browser, pacing requests, rotating proxies and handling CAPTCHAs are part of the service.
The site exists in Georgian, English and Russian, and a listing keeps one ID in all three - only the wording of its address changes. Street names often stay in Georgian script on English pages; we keep them as published and add the English district and urban area names MyHome assigns. Files arrive as CSV, Excel or JSON with notes on every field, through our API or by SFTP. Every project starts with a free assessment of scope.
A MyHome.ge listing opens with its ID and a views counter, then the price and a column of labelled parameters, while search cards add a date and time. Each goes into its own column:
Condition needs care. New flats can be sold unfinished, and the frame labels - თეთრი კარკასი (white frame) against შავი კარკასი (black frame) - say how far the work has gone, so price per square metre compares fairly only within one label. We keep the label verbatim and add a normalised code. Owners' first names, which listings show, are left out by default under GDPR.

Single listings are the base; the rest comes from MyHome.ge's other sections and from repeat runs.
District averages are computed from the listings themselves, by deal type, rooms and Condition, and delivered next to the raw rows.
MyHome.ge is a Georgian property portal from the Tnet group of platforms. It runs in Georgian, English and Russian and shows prices in lari with a one-click switch to dollars, while the page title may keep a different currency - a Didi Digomi sale is titled in dollars, a daily rent in Gldani in lari.
Its transaction types go beyond sale and rent: იყიდება (for sale), ქირავდება (for rent), ქირავდება დღიურად (daily rent), გირავდება (leasehold mortgage, a deal in which the owner receives a lump sum against the property and the listing states who keeps the right to live in it) and For lease. Property types run from apartments and houses to country houses, land plots, commercial space and hotels.
Location is a four-level tree: city, district (Vake-Saburtalo, Gldani-Nadzaladevi), urban area (Didi Digomi, Digomi 1-9, Nutsubidze plateau) and street, with metro stations as a separate filter in Tbilisi. The site's own category links reach daily rentals in Batumi, Kobuleti and Bakuriani as well as the capital. Beside the listings sit a Projects section for developers, an Agencies directory of brokers, a Mortgage section that turns a listing into a bank loan request, and agreement templates.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsMyHome.ge data fits a market where a new flat's Condition can be a bare frame and an old flat's Project type names the Soviet series it was built to.
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt builds and operates crawlers for clients who want the data, not a tool to maintain. On MyHome.ge that means three languages, two currencies and a location tree that has to stay consistent from run to run. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract. Files arrive on the schedule you set - daily, weekly or on demand - by e-mail, SFTP, Google Cloud Storage or our API, with documentation for every column.

Yes. Through the ScrapeIt MyHome.ge API you get the listing ID, deal type, price in GEL and USD, area, floor, Condition and district as JSON, served from an endpoint we host and updated as often as you decide. The same records can also arrive as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or rows written straight into your database.
Yes. MyHome.ge shows listings, prices, parameters and project pages to every visitor, signed in or not. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on MyHome.ge - and we collect it legally. Owners' names are left out by default, and a phone number goes into the data only when a project needs it and the listing shows it openly.
Yes. Daily rent listings add the number of guests and a price per day; leasehold mortgage listings add the contract type, Owner's right of living or Mortgagor's right of living. All deal types land in one table with a deal-type column, so a district can be compared across them.
Tbilisi has the deepest location tree, down to urban area and metro station, but the site also carries Batumi, Kutaisi and Rustavi and resort towns such as Kobuleti and Bakuriani. Every row carries city, district and urban area, so a regional subset is a filter rather than a separate project.
Yes. We revisit the same searches on your schedule and match listings by ID, recording the GEL and USD price, price per square metre, value-scale band and views on each run. Price cuts, relistings and removals then show up as dated changes; daily runs suit rentals, weekly runs usually suit sales.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
