Centrepoint Scraping as a Managed Service

Tell us which country versions you need, which departments or brands, and how often. We write the crawlers, keep them running and fix them when the site changes; you get the data and nothing to maintain. We scrape Centrepoint prices, sizes and stock lines exactly as a shopper sees them. The site meets automated traffic with a challenge and draws sizes, stock and delivery promises with scripts after the page has loaded, so browser rendering, proxy rotation, request pacing and CAPTCHA handling are included.

We run one crawl per country and language and merge them into a single table on the product code. Files come as CSV, Excel, JSON or JSONLines to Amazon S3, Google Drive, FTP or e-mail; an API endpoint and a database load are available too. A sample from one department can be ordered first.

Centrepoint Data We Extract From Product Pages

Centrepoint describes a garment the way a department store does: a brand, a colour, a row of sizes and a set of attributes that double as filters. The dataset has one row per product, colour and size.

  • Identity - the product code from the end of the page address, URL, product name, brand, department and category path, country version and language.
  • Price - current price with VAT in local currency, previous price, the percentage Off badge and the amount saved.
  • Sizes and colours - every size on the selector, the number of colours and the pictures of each colour.
  • Stock - whether a size is in stock online or sold out, and the low-stock line that counts the last units of a size.
  • Attributes - material, design, occasion, fit, style, size type, closure, age group and care instructions, as listed under Product Details.
  • Badges and promotions - NEW IN, BESTSELLER, Online Only, promotion lines and the instalment split.
  • Delivery - express delivery eligibility, the promised delivery date, shipping type and charge, and availability in stores.
  • Loyalty - the Shukrans a purchase earns.

Category pages return price, previous price, discount, brand, name, colour count and badges for each card, together with the product count of the category.

Centrepoint Price Tracker Across Six Countries

Centrepoint Price Tracker Across Six Countries

One product code opens the same item in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman versions, in English and in Arabic. That makes a Centrepoint price tracker a join, not a matching exercise: we crawl each country, keep the code, and the table shows where an item is listed, what it costs in each currency and where it is marked down.

Category pages are worth collecting as data in their own right. The Narrow By panel lists colour, brand, size, price, style, design, occasion, material, length, neckline, sleeve length, size type, discount range and promotions with their values, and the order can be switched between relevance, new arrivals, discount and price. Crawling by these facets is how a large category gets covered in full, and it records how each department is organised.

Scheduled runs build the history: when a price was cut, how long a NEW IN badge stayed, which sizes went first. Ratings and review texts are collected where a product has them, without reviewers' names.

About Centrepoint and the Brands Behind It

Centrepoint is the department store format of Landmark Group. In the company's words it brings the group's core retail concepts - Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart and Lifestyle - under one identity as a single fashion destination for the entire family. It was first launched in Kuwait in 2005 and has stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.

Online it is one site, centrepointstores.com, with a country and a language in every address. The departments are Women, Men, Baby, Girls, Boys, Home, Beauty and Sports - between them fashion, footwear, kidswear, nursery goods, cosmetics and homeware. Beside the four house concepts the site carries international sports, fashion and beauty labels, and each department menu lists them under Brands.

What moves from day to day is price and size availability: discounts appear as a percentage on the card, sizes drop out one at a time, and the delivery promise depends on the area a visitor selects. Shukran, the group's loyalty programme, appears on product pages as points to be earned, and orders can be picked up in stores through Click & Collect.

Who Uses a Centrepoint Dataset and Why

Centrepoint prices clothing, shoes, baby goods and homeware for the mid-market family shopper, the segment the group itself names, so it is a natural benchmark for anyone selling the same basket in the Gulf.

  • Price benchmarking. Apparel and shoe retailers set their entry and core price points against Splash and Shoemart by category; nursery chains do the same with Babyshop.
  • Markdown tracking. Discounts on cards and the discount range filter show how deep a sale goes, when it starts in each country and which categories are cleared first.
  • Size-level demand. Sizes that sell out and low-stock lines point to the sizes and colours that move fastest.
  • Assortment planning. Product counts by department, brand and attribute show how the range is built and how quickly new arrivals come in.
  • Country comparison. One code across six markets shows where an item is cheaper, missing or discounted earlier.
  • Brand monitoring. Labels sold through Centrepoint compare their listed prices and presence with their own channels.

About ScrapeIt

ScrapeIt is a data collection agency. Clients describe the dataset, and our engineers build the extraction, keep it running and deliver the files. Department store sites such as Centrepoint are size-and-colour problems: the useful row is not the product but the size of a colour in a country, and we design the schema around that.

Shopper accounts, order history and Shukran balances sit behind a sign-in and are outside what we collect. We work with the pages open to every visitor, under GDPR.

FAQ

Do you offer a Centrepoint API for prices, sizes and stock?

Yes. The ScrapeIt Centrepoint API returns product code, brand, name, price, previous price, discount, size and stock status per country version as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. You can also take the same rows as CSV or XLSX files, as a JSON feed or loaded into your own database.

Is it legal to scrape Centrepoint?

Yes. Prices, discounts, sizes, stock lines and product details on Centrepoint can be seen by anyone who opens the site, with no sign-in. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Centrepoint - and we collect it legally. Reviewers' names are left out by default.

Which Centrepoint country versions and languages can you cover?

All six - UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman - in English, Arabic or both. Each version has its own prices, currency, stock and delivery promise, so each is crawled on its own. The shared product code then joins them into one table.

Can you track sizes and stock on Centrepoint?

Yes. For each colour we record every size on the selector with its status: available, low stock with the number of units left, or sold out. Availability in stores, which the product page lets a shopper check by city, can be added on request. Repeated runs show when a size dropped out and when it came back.

How often should Centrepoint data be refreshed?

It depends on what you follow. Prices and discount badges change with sale periods and promotions, so weekly runs are enough for assortment work and daily runs suit price monitoring during a sale. Size availability moves fastest, and for sell-through analysis we suggest daily runs.

How does it Work?

Step 1 - Make a Request

You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We’ll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.

Step 2 - Configuring Custom Web Crawlers

Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.

Step 3 - Collect and Deliver

Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.

Step 4 - Maintain and Support

Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
