Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
Our InfoCasas scraper turns the labelled property sheet of every listing into columns. Where an advertiser left a field blank and the site prints ¡Pregúntale!, the cell stays empty.

Describe the slice - Venta, Alquiler or Proyectos, the cities and districts, the property types, the price band - and we write the InfoCasas extractor, run it and fix it when the site changes. Proxy rotation, request pacing, CAPTCHA handling and page rendering come with the service, so nothing on your side has to cope with blocks.
The listing id at the end of each InfoCasas address is the key we join on, which keeps a listing's history on one line across runs. You receive CSV, Excel or JSONLines, an endpoint we host, or files on SFTP, Amazon S3 or Google Drive - once, or daily, weekly or on demand - with a field guide that maps each Spanish label to its column.
Every InfoCasas listing carries a Detalles de la Propiedad (property details) sheet with fixed labels, which makes the site straightforward to tabulate once the blanks are handled. We return one row per listing:
Where InfoCasas prints ¡Pregúntale! we leave the cell empty, so a missing value never passes for data.

Single listings are only part of the site. These layers come on request:
InfoCasas Peru (infocasas.com.pe) is a property portal organised in three sections - Venta (sale), Alquiler (rent) and Proyectos (new developments) - plus Alojamientos for temporary rentals. Its property types run from Departamentos, Casas and Terrenos to Locales Comerciales, Oficinas, Chacras o Campos (farmland) and whole Edificios. The home page leads to Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Callao, Piura and La Libertad, and the breadcrumb of a Lima listing runs down to districts such as Miraflores, Santiago de Surco and Chorrillos.
The Peruvian site is one country of a network. Flags in the footer lead to infocasas.com.uy in Uruguay, infocasas.com.py in Paraguay and infocasas.com.bo in Bolivia, along with a Colombian sister portal and Casas en el Este, so the same approach can be extended to several markets.
Each listing is priced in one currency, U$S or S/, at the advertiser's choice, and the price filter switches between U$S - Dólares Americanos and S/ - Nuevo sol. Agency listings carry the inmobiliaria's name on the card, while owner listings are published directly and gathered by the Publicado por el dueño filter. Cards marked Destacado lead the default Popularidad order.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsMost uses come from the structured sheet rather than the free-text description.
Land for sale across Turkey from Sahibinden and HepsiEmlak for a land investor: 226,000 plots in the first file and 86,200 HepsiEmlak rows.
A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt collects website data as a managed service - we write, operate and maintain the crawlers, and the dataset lands where you want it. Property portals with fixed field sheets, two currencies and project pages suit that model well. For InfoCasas the first step is a free project assessment, and a sample of your slice can be ordered before you commit. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt InfoCasas API returns the listing id, Referencia, price with its currency, built area, Dormitorios and agency name as JSON from an endpoint we host, updated on the schedule you choose. The same rows are available as Excel or JSONLines files, through a JSON feed or inside your own database.
Yes. InfoCasas shows prices, property sheets, agency names and project progress to anyone who opens a listing. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on InfoCasas - and we collect it legally. Owners who publish their own listings are private persons, so their names stay out of the dataset by default.
Yes. The footer of the Peruvian site links to infocasas.com.uy, infocasas.com.py and infocasas.com.bo, and each can be added as its own source. Rows carry a country column and keep the local currency, so the markets compare on one schema.
New stock is dated: the site's own Fecha de publicación filter slices it down to Hoy (today) and Desde ayer (since yesterday). A daily pass on new arrivals plus a weekly full pass keeps prices current and catches listings that leave the site.
Each project row carries the Desde price, Desarrollador, Estado, Fecha de Finalización, Formas de pago, Cuota inicial, Aplica subsidio, Porcentaje terminado and Porcentaje vendido, plus the Unidades list where the developer publishes it. Fields shown as ¡Pregúntale! arrive empty rather than guessed.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
