Urbania often prints a US dollar figure beside the price in soles and counts the views of every listing. Our Urbania scraper keeps both prices, the view counter and the advertiser codes.

You set the scope - sale or rental, apartments, houses, offices or land, the districts, the price band and how often - and we build the Urbania crawler, run it and repair it whenever the portal changes its pages. Urbania answers scripted traffic with a bot-protection challenge, so pacing, proxy rotation, CAPTCHA handling and browser rendering are part of the service; blocks never become your problem.
Every row carries the Cód. Urbania, the numeric id that closes every listing address, so repeated runs line up and a lower price on the same flat reads as a price cut rather than a new listing. Files arrive as CSV, XLSX or JSON, through our API or loaded into your database, once or on the schedule you set, with field documentation alongside.
An Urbania listing opens with a one-line summary - Departamento · 82m² · 2 dormitorios · 1 estacionamiento - and then repeats the facts as labelled tiles. Our scraper reads the summary, the tiles, the feature tabs and the advertiser block, and returns one row per aviso (listing):
Phone numbers wait behind a Ver teléfono button and are collected only when a project needs them; the names of advertisers the portal tags as Persona Natural (private individuals) are left out by default.

Urbania search results mix two kinds of card: new-build projects, which lead the page, and individual listings below them. We keep them in separate tables because they describe different things.
Urbania (urbania.pe) is a Peruvian property portal where agencies, developers and owners advertise apartments, houses, offices, shops and land for sale and for rent. The menu is short - Comprar, Alquilar, Servicios, Buscar inmobiliarias, Publicar - and a search narrows by operation, property type, bedrooms and price, with the rest behind Más filtros, a Crear alerta button and a sort control.
The listing address says what the listing is. A sale of an apartment sits under /inmueble/clasificado/ with the prefix veclapin, followed by the sub-district and district, the bedroom count and the id; a rental starts with alclapin; projects live under /inmueble/proyecto/. Searches centre on Lima - the portal's Distritos más buscados list names Santiago de Surco, Miraflores, San Isidro, La Molina and San Borja - but the portal also carries homes in Arequipa, Piura and Ica.
Two details shape an Urbania dataset. Prices appear in soles, often with a dollar figure beside them, so the table needs both amounts. And the portal shows signals any visitor can read without an account - advertiser levels, ratings, view counters and time since publication. The footer links to sister portals in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador and Panama.
Delivery: CSV, JSON or XLSX files, our API or a JSON feed. MCP server on request.
Full plan detailsEach use below rests on a field Urbania prints on the listing itself, not on a guess from the description.

A daily apartments.com feed for a US apartment locator: about 3,000 buildings from the client's own list, down to each unit's rent and floor plan.
A one-time Housing.com collection for a real-estate company in India: project cards plus every photo and floor plan, uploaded straight to its cloud drive.
Learn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
Real estate teams work in a fragmented data landscape. The sites that drive demand in Boston look nothing like the ones that matter in Berlin, São Paulo, Dubai, or Mumbai.
Real estate teams are operating in a data environment that is bigger, faster, and more fragmented than ever. Listings go live and disappear in hours, price cuts happen quietly, and the portals that matter most in each country are rarely the same global “top 5.”
Six jobs that scraped property data does, each backed by a ScrapeIt project: seller leads, listing monitoring, image datasets, weekly market supply, sold records and unit-level rentals. For every use case - the fields it needs and how often to refresh them.
ScrapeIt is a managed web scraping service: we build, run and repair the crawlers, and you receive the dataset with field documentation. Latin American property portals bring their own details - prices in two currencies, maintenance fees, projects sold unit by unit off plan - and the extraction is designed around them. An Urbania project starts with a free assessment, and a sample can be ordered first. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.

Yes. The ScrapeIt Urbania API returns Cód. Urbania, the price in soles and dollars, Mantenimiento, total area, bedrooms and the advertiser's Nivel as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. The same data also comes as CSV or XLSX files, a JSON feed or a load into your database.
Yes. Urbania shows prices, areas, addresses, advertiser levels and view counts to any visitor without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Urbania - and we collect it legally. Names of private advertisers are left out by default, and personal data is handled under GDPR.
Yes. Each project page carries an Unidades disponibles list grouped by bedroom count, with a price, total area and bathrooms per unit, next to the project's stage, delivery date and Venta desde price. We deliver projects and units as two linked tables, so you see which units leave the list between runs.
A price moves whenever the advertiser edits the listing, and every listing carries an Avisarme si baja de precio (alert me if the price drops) button for shoppers. Daily or weekly runs keyed on Cód. Urbania catch each cut along with the Publicado hace counter and the views total. When a listing leaves the portal, its last row keeps the final asking price and the dates it was first and last seen.
Yes. Lima districts top the portal's most-searched list, but Urbania also carries listings in Arequipa, Piura, Ica and other regions, and every row keeps region, province, district and sub-district from the breadcrumb. A run can be scoped to one district or take the whole country.
You share your needs, expectations, and desired timeframe. We'll suggest the best solution based on your request and budget.
Our specialists configure the crawlers and extract a sample dataset for your review before proceeding with the full-scale extraction.
Once you approve the sample, we launch the project and start full data collection. We gather, filter, and structure the data for easy use, delivering it on time in your preferred format.
Our team manages ongoing processes, monitors website changes, and supports all data extraction cycles. We can also help integrate data into your systems or create dashboards to simplify analysis.
Tell us which sites, which fields and how often. A couple of lines is enough to start.
