You tell us what to watch on samsclub.com - departments, search terms, brands, a list of item numbers or a set of clubs - and how often. We build the extractors, run them and repair them when Sam's Club changes its pages, so none of the upkeep lands on your team. Product and search pages load prices and fulfilment options with scripts and screen automated traffic, so rendering, pacing, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA handling are part of the service.
We never sign in, which means a members-only price arrives as a flag rather than a figure. Runs are one-off or scheduled daily, weekly or on demand, and every delivery ships with field documentation. Files come as CSV, Excel or JSON, through our API, or onto SFTP or Amazon S3.
Every product lives at an /ip/ address that ends in a long numeric product id, while the page prints a different, shorter Item # under the title. We keep both in separate columns: the Item # is the number the page shows, and the URL id keeps a row stable from one run to the next.
Search and category pages carry the same price, rating and fulfilment fields on each card, so a run can start from a keyword list, a department or the items you already stock.
A product page is a snapshot. Most of the value sits around it:
Sam's Club is the membership warehouse club run by Walmart. The first club opened in Midwest City, Oklahoma, in 1983; the chain now has clubs across the United States and Puerto Rico, and samsclub.com sells the assortment for shipping, curbside pickup and same day delivery. Membership comes in two tiers, Club and Plus, and the site keeps the difference visible: free shipping for Plus on eligible orders, early shopping hours for Plus members at the club.
Three features shape the data. The site is club-aware: a product page names the club location and ZIP code it answers for, pickup and delivery are answered for that club, and prices may vary between the club and online. The catalogue mixes national brands with Member's Mark, sold in bulk packs with a unit price that makes pack sizes comparable. And not every price is public - some items show Sign In to See Price under a Members-only price label, and those remain a flag in our rows.
The range runs from grocery and household essentials to electronics, furniture, tires and pharmacy, and the All Departments menu adds Savings & Clearance, New Arrivals and Online Only sections.

Full plan details →Club prices are bulk prices, and they only mean something per unit. That is why the unit price column matters more here than on most retail sites.

Learn MoreLearn how to use web scraping to solve data problems for your organization
If you sell online, run a marketplace, or advise e-commerce clients, you already know why eBay matters: it’s one of the few places where big retailers compete side by side with thousands of small merchants and private sellers.
E-commerce teams do not just need “some” competitor data anymore. They need a continuous stream of real prices, discounts, stock levels, reviews, and seller behavior from the platforms that actually shape their markets.
Amazon provides valuable information gathered in one place: products, reviews, ratings, exclusive offers, news, etc. So scraping data from Amazon will help solve the problems of the time-consuming process of extracting data from e-commerce.
ScrapeIt is a managed web scraping service: we build, run and repair the crawlers, and you receive the dataset. Warehouse clubs and big-box retailers are a familiar kind of source for us - club-aware availability, bulk packs that need unit prices, offers with end dates. Every project starts with a free assessment, a sample can be ordered before you commit, and personal details such as reviewer names are excluded by default. Plans start from EUR 169 a month, or EUR 199 for a one-time extract.
Yes. The ScrapeIt Sam's Club API returns the Item #, title, current and was price, unit price, Instant Savings end date and fulfilment options as JSON from an endpoint we host, refreshed on the schedule you set. If you prefer files, the same rows come as CSV or XLSX, a JSON feed or a load into your database.
Yes. Product pages, search results, reviews and club pages on samsclub.com open for any visitor without an account. We collect only publicly available data - everything a visitor can see on Sam's Club - and we collect it legally. We never sign in, so members-only prices stay a flag, and reviewer names are left out.
We capture the fact, not the figure. Items labelled Members-only price show Sign In to See Price instead of an amount, and we never log in, so the row carries the flag with the title, ratings and fulfilment options and leaves the price empty. Everything priced in the open, including was prices and Instant Savings, comes through in full.
Offers start and stop all the time: Instant Savings run to a printed end date and the was price vanishes when they lapse. So for price work we suggest daily runs over the departments you watch, timed around the end dates the offers show. Slower fields such as specifications can be refreshed weekly.
Yes. Pickup and delivery are answered for one club and ZIP code at a time, and the page names the location it answers for. We store that club number with every row, and club pages add each location's address, hours, services and posted gas prices, so availability compares club by club.
