AXS Scraper for Venue Ticketing Data, Price Levels and Official Resale

AXS sells for the venues, teams and promoters that sign with it, so its catalogue is a map of contracts. Our AXS scraper turns that map into clean event, price level and resale data.

How ScrapeIt Runs AXS Scraping and Builds an AXS Ticket Price Tracker

ScrapeIt builds the collector, runs it on our own infrastructure and repairs it when the storefront changes. AXS screens automated traffic with its own "Are you a real fan?" check, so anti-bot handling, proxy rotation and CAPTCHA solving are part of the managed service. We start from the sitemaps, read event, venue, performer and series pages per storefront, and extract AXS price levels from the public seat map without placing seats in a basket. Repeated snapshots turn into a price tracker: a price drop, a new resale listing or a sell-out arrives as a change row you can alert on. We do not enter waiting rooms, sign in or buy. A sample comes first; then we run hourly through monthly and deliver CSV, JSON, XLSX or an endpoint, pushed to S3, SFTP or your warehouse.

AXS Ticket Data Fields: Presales, AXS Ticket Prices and Price Levels

AXS ticket data comes from two layers: a discovery record that describes the show and a ticketing layer that prices it. Events, venues, performers and series each carry a numeric id shared by every country, at /events/{id}/{slug}, /venues/{id}/{venue}-{city}-tickets, /artists/{id}/{slug}-tickets and /series/{id}/{slug}-tickets; a UK link adds a /uk/ prefix to the same id, and slugs are cosmetic.

  • Billing. eventId, headliners and supporting acts with performer ids, tourName, presentedBy, promoter, up to three category pairs such as Music / Indie Emo, and an age label.
  • Clock. Show, doors, announce, presale start and end, and onsale times, each in local time, UTC and an IANA zone.
  • Presales. Every AXS presale is a named offer window with start, end and visibility times, a private flag, its own checkout link and an offer id such as NIA261127_WEB_PRESALE_VENUE. UK venues add channel presales 48 hours ahead for O2 customers at The O2 and OVO customers at OVO Arena Wembley, and Country to Country splits its presale into sign-up and past-purchaser series.
  • Sale state. Coming Soon or Buy Tickets, the call to action with the general sale date, the regional checkout link and a ticketing code of client code plus date, such as NIA261127. A show only reads as AXS sold out once every ticket is paid for; seats held in unpaid baskets drop back into sale.
  • Venue. Address, coordinates, time zone, currency, the client's skin code and flags that separate AEG venues from other clients.
  • Price levels. AXS ticket prices start from a face value the client sets, and in the US the first price shown already includes mandatory fees. The event card's own price fields often hold zero placeholders, so prices come from the ticketing layer: price levels with label and base price, price types such as SINGLE, seats available per level and section, standard or accessible seat types, quantity rules, a sold-out flag and a fixed or dynamic pricing mode. Festival pages add minimum and maximum price with the fee total at each end.

Service, facility and resale fees. In the US, AXS service fees are charged per ticket and shared with the client, an order processing fee applies per order, the facility charge goes wholly to the venue, Mobile ID delivery is free, and resale tickets add an AXS resale fee paid by the buyer. Set AXS fees against Ticketmaster's and the vocabulary lines up: both show all-in prices up front and keep none of the facility charge, but AXS also names a per-order fee. Sellers list for free and pay AXS seller fees out of the payout; in Australia that seller fee is capped at 10% of the sale price.

AXS resale prices. Official Resale runs per event, only for tickets delivered by AXS Mobile ID, and the promoter can switch it off or delay it. US sellers set their own price, which can exceed face value. The UK, Australia and France cap resale at 10% above the price paid, and The O2 opens resale 24 hours after the general sale and closes it an hour before doors. Resale seats share the seat map, orange against blue, and sellers are paid after the event.

Mobile tickets. AXS Mobile ID rotates its QR code about once a minute, so screenshots are refused; transfers have no count limit, need a one-time passcode and can be blocked or delayed by the client.

AXS Concerts, Festivals and UK Events: A Catalogue Built on Venue Contracts

AXS is the ticketing company of AEG, and its purchase terms define it as a platform that venues, promoters and sports teams use to sell and deliver their own tickets. The catalogue follows those contracts. AXS concerts, sports and family shows appear because a building or club signed: Crypto.com Arena and Red Rocks in the US, Melbourne Park after it left Ticketek, and for AXS events in the UK The O2, OVO Arena Wembley, AO Arena Manchester and first direct arena in Leeds. For US venue ticketing data that means depth on client houses and silence on the arena across town.

AXS festivals run on their own pages with passes, pass upgrades and presale sign-ups, from Coachella to Country to Country, whose official presale is powered by AXS. Three kinds of record share the event pages: AXS ticketed shows, AEG Presents dates sold by another ticketer where the buy button leaves AXS, and AXS Marketplace, which shows a third-party reseller's inventory. Parking passes and season plans are published as events too: in the September 2026 sitemap roughly one event URL in ten is a parking product.

AXS partners are distribution and discovery firms: Spotify, Bandsintown and TikTok in the AXS Anywhere program, FanRally for flexible memberships, an AXS affiliate network of media partners, and CTS Eventim in the joint venture that tickets LA28. AXS is not partnered with Ticketmaster or SeatGeek, which are rival box offices, although at The O2 a promoter may still sell through Ticketmaster while every ticket is delivered by AXS. StubHub is an open resale exchange, and AXS cannot validate tickets bought there.

AXS Developer Portal and AXS API Documentation: Partner Access Only

The AXS developer portal lives at developers.axs.com on the company's B2B domain, and the AXS API documentation sits behind its partner sign-in; a public visitor meets the same fan check as the storefront. Its menu covers purchase flows, a Transfer API, the AXS ListPro API for resale listings, fulfillment, push inventory, recall, a Pricing API and access control, each opened by role. Clients get AXS Data Feeds as a secure daily batch, Instant AXS streaming and AXS IQ dashboards about their own sales. There is no self-serve developer API key for event search and no public AXS price API.

A feed across venues you do not run therefore comes from public pages. Typical briefs: presale and onsale calendars for competing rooms, fee levels compared house by house, which venues sign with AXS or leave it, AXS Premium prices that move with demand, and resale activity after a show sells out. robots.txt leaves event, venue, performer and series pages open, closes account paths, on-site search and referral-tagged links, and asks for a two second crawl delay, so the crawl runs from the sitemaps at a steady pace. The sitemaps carry no lastmod, but every event record has created and modified timestamps, which is where change detection runs.

How Artificial Intelligence Is Used In Web Scraping

How Artificial Intelligence Is Used In Web Scraping

Leveraging advances in technology, the AI-powered web scraper has skyrocketed in demand and is helping to expand capabilities by automating tedious daily tasks and speeding up data collection from thousands of websites several times over.

What is Web Scraping and What is it Used For?

What is Web Scraping and What is it Used For?

Web scraping is a method of obtaining web data by extracting it from pages of web resources with the help of a program, that is, in automatic mode. It is used to syntactically convert web pages into more usable forms.

Web Scraping for Machine Learning

If you specialize in machine learning, you need to feed large amounts of data to the algorithms. Web scraping is the easiest and the most efficient method of collecting the data from all over the Internet.

Working With ScrapeIt on US Venue Ticketing Data From AXS

ScrapeIt is a managed web scraping agency. You name the storefronts, venues, teams or promoters you care about and the fields you need; we design the crawl, run it, watch it and hand back a file that loads without cleaning. An AXS project usually starts with one country or a list of client venues, a field list agreed in writing, and a cadence that tightens around onsale dates and relaxes after them. Pricing follows volume and refresh rate, and the first sample costs nothing.

FAQ

Is there a public AXS API for price data, or only a developer portal for partners?

Only a partner portal. Its documentation sits on developers.axs.com behind a sign-in, with sections for purchase flows, transfer, the ListPro resale API, fulfillment, inventory push, recall, pricing and access control, opened per role. Clients receive daily batch data feeds and streaming data about their own sales. There is no open developer hub, no self-serve key and no public AXS API for price data across venues, so a cross-market feed of events, price levels and resale is built from the public pages.

Can you resell AXS tickets, and how do resale tickets work on AXS?

Yes, through AXS Official Resale, when the promoter enables it and the tickets sit in an AXS account as Mobile ID; e-tickets, posted tickets, VIP and special-offer tickets are excluded. The seller sets a price, capped at 10% above the price paid in the UK, Australia and France, chooses how the seats may split and when the listing expires, and is paid after the event minus the seller fee. Buyers see resale seats in orange on the main seat map, pay a resale fee, and the ticket is reissued to their own account.

Which countries does AXS sell in, and is AXS enough for US venue ticketing data?

The AXS countries with a storefront are the US, Canada in English and French, the UK, Sweden, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, with prices in local currency and regional checkout hosts such as shop.axs.com, q.axs.co.uk and q.axs.nu. Offer names follow local habit: Swedish football sells Klack for the supporters' stand and Bortasektion for away fans. In the US, AXS covers its client venues in depth but not the whole market, so a full city calendar pairs it with another ticketer.

Can you build an AXS ticket price tracker with price drop alerts, and how often does it refresh?

Yes. AXS notifies fans about presales and ticket delivery rather than price changes, so the tracker is ours: each run snapshots price levels, fee totals, availability and resale listings, and the difference between runs shows falls, rises and sell-outs you can turn into a price alert. Daily suits catalogue work; around an onsale we tighten to hourly or faster on a watchlist, and AXS Premium or dynamically priced events are best sampled several times a day. Delivery is CSV, JSON, XLSX or an endpoint, with a changes-only file on request.

Is it legal to scrape AXS, and what do you leave out?

We work from public pages only: no accounts, no waiting rooms, no presale codes and no purchases. We collect the event catalogue and prices; ticket buyers, Mobile ID holders and resale sellers stay out of the feed. The AXS terms restrict robots and data mining and bar training AI on its content without written consent, so we keep request rates low, follow robots.txt and its crawl delay, and recommend a short legal review of your own use before a long-running feed goes live.

How does it Work?
